  1. A db level may be handy for people who want to go on track?
  2. i would if i knew your name
  3. some great shots there man might steal a few and tag them on bookface for my mates
  4. Ahh its the earlier model than mine, shame couple of bits i might have been interested in. But never mind
  5. What year is it and wheres the damage?
  6. Haha gotta love speed bumps lol and Yeah i know i was suprised it made such a difference in price! Im not sure how low mine is but this is how it used to sit before i put my 4-1 manifold on it that sat about 1.5" lower out front, hence i raised it lol
  7. Not as low as it could have been had about 10mm left on my bc's, but I've raised it by about that again anyway! There manager, he's not bad he give me discount but why pay when you can have it done for free I've taken the starlet off commuting as it saved me nearly £200 on the policy and as i have a 2nd car that i dont mind doing short journeys in i dont need it, but theres no reason i cant use it if its going to the garage ;)
  8. I don't know how you guys do it, i think i spend alot of time on here
  9. Mine was a washer from the bolt holding the bumper on that it was catching on :/ I need to but i have to wait for the manager to go out and i never know what day thats going to be and my starlets not insured for commuting so i dont like to use it for work plus its only 1-2 miles to work aswel so its not good for it lol
  10. Wears fine for now been 6 months on the tyres I've got atm, however Mine used to scrub on the outside of the n/s front but I've recently raised the car and that sorted it out, i should really get it done as i work next door to sts tyres and they've recently got full geo gear and i can get it done for free, im just too slack lol
  11. Haha i literally stuck my coilovers on added "some" camber to the top mounts ALK is set in the middle by eye no measuring there lol had the tracking done and have enjoyed it ever since. Alway said id get a full geo done but until i fit my front most poly bushes im not going to bother as everything will be changed again :/
  12. You've done more than me mate and I've had some fun with my mates evo 6! Get out there and enjoy it dude
  13. It will be better than it was the rear panard will always change tho depending on whats in the car, i mean if you add yourself thats 70+ kgs plus 35-40 kgs of fuel thats going to move it slightly :/ not by much but a little bit if it was somewhere near then i wouldnt worry
  14. Yeah but everybody know's you're a post whore
  15. Yeah that seems pretty reasonable then, check what the rest have sugested, plugs, dizzy, leads. Vaccum lines aswel maybe old and perished?
  16. I've been on here a few months longer and you've got 10x the posts.... How the f*ck lol
  17. Are you n/a or boosted? 240 miles to a full tank is about 34mpg iirc which isnt too bad unless you've an n/a and doing long drives alot, so wouldnt think it was o2 sensor.
  18. 5 years and 4 months and I've finally reached 1000 posts Wooo go me haha
  19. Did you take it off the turbo or the block? Mite be the hose if its old? Only guessing tho, check under the rocker cover see if thats got a reasonable amount of oil in it. Like you said after 40 miles i would have thought you would have heard a bottom end rattle by this point :s
  20. I've just randomly found my old one PM me your number and ill send you some pics mate
  21. Shes clean mate! Very nice example
  22. Looks good dude, want to do this in the actual boot of mine just to make it look better! How much weight do you think you got out by the way?
  23. Or maybe o2 sensor, when cruising its in use but when the throttles presses down it should swtich to pre-set maps but initially its using the o2 sensor reading. Whats your mpg like?
  24. morgey

    N/a bonnet Wtd

Yes i did mate was out for a meal then i thought 10pm was a bit late so ill text you later today when im finally awake properly
  25. They should do, if not then there not very good, my local STS asked if i wanted some specific settings when i told them i was going on track and they usually stick to the books. As for getting the hubs set straight first, it might be a good idea just so everything is straight and aligned in a 100% neutral position.
