  1. Yea fair one not worth risking it too much without any run off! How did your brakes hold up or are your's uprated as mine died in 15mins on track lol Im suprised you were allowed a suction mount most tracks i know that people have been on havent allowed them.
  2. Good video mate, its great fun and really addictive isnt it? What camera and mounts were you using?
  3. Ooo interesting. Got any printouts? How much boost can a stock 4efe handle?
  4. By puting a hose on the bulk head he means remove one of the heater matrix pipes from the bulk head then attact a hose to it, then the other from where it joins back onto the engine and put that end in a bucket and pump water through the heater matrix until the water runs clear. You could try doing it both ways just to try clear any shit that wont go though one way
  5. Duno about that, aint spoke to him in a while but theres no news or pics of a gt on his bookface. He worked? For a coachworks company so might have just been fixing it up maybe?

  11. Doubt you'll find a guide but it is real simple. Make a note of how the belt runs around each pully. Take some pics if you need to. Then first is the powersteering belt iirc to slacken this off there is a tensioner beneith the p/s pump (above your left foot if you stand lookingat your engine). now iirc there is a 12mm bolt on this that needs turning (cant remember which way) this will slacken off the belt then you just slide it off all three pulleys Then the waterpump and alternator belt, you Just need to slacken off the two bolts on the alternator one on top goes through a bracket and th

  14. Nice cars these, one of my mates used to have one and it was silly quick for no real reason! I've got some speedline safari (SR Speedlines) wheels from one of these if your interested 5 stud 15" if ther'll fit over your sti brakes. ;)
  15. You checked, wheels balancing, arent buckled, bearings are all good, ball joints trackrods steering rack for play? The driveshaft shouldnt be bent/ damaged unless your running mega power or hit something hard! Just change the CV joints theres nothing much that can go wrong with a driveshaft tbf!
  16. You snapped the shaft or something? Can you not replace the joints? Bugger forking out £1k on driveshafts you could have custom ones cheaper than that!
  17. Haha no prizes for guessing then, mine went to the colour scheme of my car aswel
  18. Yea i think its got to be over 15% on 7 clicks or below, basically enough to hold it on a slight incline so not much really!
  19. Also pedal box and clutch master cylinder. Lines down to slave cylinder, Flywheel and clutch and the flywheel to crank bolts as they are shorter on auto's . You can use your auto ecu. You will need to jump the parking switch tho as autos need to be in park to start! Im using an auto ecu on my 4age swap and this is all i did. I've been running it 18months and its never missed a beat!
  20. Yes best handling mod I've done, and mines only a stock levin lsd. Literally pulls you around corners at speeds you thought were far beyond the point of understeer! I had a friend nearly loose it in an evo 6 behind me
  21. Mine munched through my braided set mate so if you've got 30secs have a quick look and see if theres any damage, if there is then thats most likely your problem! Altho u say you've moved them so it might just be the bracket catching.
  22. when i went end of august, it cost me about £450 some things were shared tho, E= euros ferry there euro back £65 (shared between 2) fuel based on an ep3 averaging 30-35mpg tops, just over 1000 miles, total cost £250 but split 3 ways laps around the ring are about E25 each hotel 4 nights B and B E180 food and drink all eating out is, for very good food E15-20 for a steak and a couple of beers, pizza is cheaper! we had a bbq one night for 10 of us, chipped in E5 each and had waaaay more food than we could eat! a 5L keg is £10 and they have a very good recycling service, you buy crates of bott
  23. check to see if the bracket that holds the brake line on the shock isn't catching the bracket on the car where it goes from hard pipe to the flexi, you may need to get some one to go from lock to lock whilst you lay under the car and look. oh and dont jack it up you need the weight of the car on the coilovers ( i had this problem on my BC's, not sure if meisters do aswel)
