  1. Lol I've had to learn to live with them, twice every year i have to get rid of a minimum of 10-12 big house spiders from my room. Its weird as i can usually tell as soon as i walk i walk in that there's one in plain veiw, couple of seconds if looking and yep theres one there, couple of inches across everytime either waiting for a glass (if they fit) or a slipper if they dont
  2. I dont mind big ones like that which people have as pets so to speak but i dont like house spiders for some reason. But i wouldnt like it if a big mofo was loose in my house lol
  3. They're very close around 38ish i think
  4. Try checking your earths, the clicking sounds like the starter to me, usually clicks when there isnt enough power in the battery to turn it over. Mine did this and it was a bad earth to the battery (relocated to boot) run a earth from engine to boot an never been a problem since!
  5. Hondas have a 55mm centre bore, they will fit but will be ever so slightly loose on that, also i think they have a bowl style counter sink rather than a straight tapered type but not sure on that one?
  6. Mines sept 98 iirc
  7. Mite be oldest but date of first registration defines the age of the car usually.
  8. Aren't n/a ratios longer?
  9. To get the track price down, what about making it a Toyota event, do what the honda boys do and have a Honda on track event, but obviously Toyota on track. Get a bit of cross community mingling going down. Plus good to see what people skills and cars can compete with. (Not that track days are for racing)
  10. Cheers bud From what i can gather you can use the starlet box if you swap the bell housings over, otherwise i think the turbo shafts will fit if you use the turbo hubs and if you postion the engine over to drivers side (cutting the drivers chassis rail) I've moved mine the other way only cutting the passengers side but every mount has been modified on mine. If you do it the other way the gearbox mounts, front and rear, might be usuable and stock shafts MAY be usuable aswel And no levin shaft are bigger size (maybe the same as the turbo) Hope that clears it up abit and feel free to ask any more Q's
  11. stick me down for it then. worth a shot i supose
  12. looking like ill be making an appearance to this, hoping i can get a map so maybe meet a few people down there!
  13. does this remove ground in brake dust, my wheels have got some really stubborn dirt that nothing seems to shift. the best stuff I've had on it so far was electrical circuit board cleaner (dont ask!) but some of its so old it wont lift! getting to the point of having the wheels resprayed lol
  14. so far so good guy's! nice to see new traders with some great products and GB's and some awesome sounding idea's in the pipelines! Big meets would be good but with winter setting in i think if they were to be organised it would be better for next year sometime Morgey
  15. Lol too much time springs to mind!
  16. Maybe the rubber for the door electrics
  17. Just stick 4efte rods in, pistons if u want, 4efte cams, springs n maybe headbolts. Headgasket aswel. Then you would be good for most of what a 4efte can take
  18. Start by the door and work your way into the corner ;)
  19. Tar remover it will come straight out, quick polish and if you want to make it easier to remove in future a couple of layers of wax ;)
  20. Traffic film remover, that or some tar and glue remover, same sort of stuff
  21. I dont know i just remember seeing it before. Diesels are coming about but until they are revving to 8.5k on itb's im not going to be interested
  22. Usually use autoglym ultra deep shine. Extra gloss protection. Currently using meguiars and find it really hard to get to come up aswel. But longest lasting finish I've had was last year had the car mopped with g3 or 3m compond then poilished with meguiars then finished with autoglym HD wax. Car still beads up when i wash it and I've only polished it 2 times in a year!

Mine doesnt either, what about a cable tie above some insulation tape? Should provide a shoulder for it to sit on?
  24. If it stink its most likely coolant, usually smells almost curry-ish check pipes around heater matrix and the matrix itself. Also whats your coolant level like?
