  9. You will get water spilling out of the rad when you bleed it of air, it does make a bit of a mess but its worth it! Literally leave it running for 10-15 mins and it will keep splashing water out, this is usually the air escaping. Keep topping it up with water, if it calms to a pulse Put the cap on. If not put it on anyway , Check the header tank is full then leave to cool for a couple of hours. Recheck header tank (mine usually takes the coolant out of it during cooling) refill header tank and radiator And repeat bleeding process. Its a pain and it can take several attempts! The only other thing I found with my car i actually had to take off the pipes to the heater matrix, from the engine and fill it up separately! Again it makes a mess but my heaters werent working and now they work a treat

  11. Yea fair one not worth risking it too much without any run off! How did your brakes hold up or are your's uprated as mine died in 15mins on track lol Im suprised you were allowed a suction mount most tracks i know that people have been on havent allowed them.

  13. Ooo interesting. Got any printouts? How much boost can a stock 4efe handle?
  14. By puting a hose on the bulk head he means remove one of the heater matrix pipes from the bulk head then attact a hose to it, then the other from where it joins back onto the engine and put that end in a bucket and pump water through the heater matrix until the water runs clear. You could try doing it both ways just to try clear any shit that wont go though one way
  15. Duno about that, aint spoke to him in a while but theres no news or pics of a gt on his bookface. He worked? For a coachworks company so might have just been fixing it up maybe?

  22. Doubt you'll find a guide but it is real simple. Make a note of how the belt runs around each pully. Take some pics if you need to. Then first is the powersteering belt iirc to slacken this off there is a tensioner beneith the p/s pump (above your left foot if you stand lookingat your engine). now iirc there is a 12mm bolt on this that needs turning (cant remember which way) this will slacken off the belt then you just slide it off all three pulleys Then the waterpump and alternator belt, you Just need to slacken off the two bolts on the alternator one on top goes through a bracket and the bottom one is the pivot. Once loose just pull the alternator towards the front of the car, slip the old belt off and then just run this write up backwards to replace them. General rule of thumb unless theres an arrow on the belt the writing will read towards the front of the car, but it really isnt that important. And tension wise you want, on the longest run of the belt, to be able to get about 1/2 a turn on it. This may not be tight enough but its better to be loose than too tight imo as you wont damage the belt. If loose tighten a bit more. If you are being cautious you can turn the engine over by hand a few times (ratchet on the crank bolt and turn clockwise) to make sure the belts are on and wont pop off. Hope this helps mate
