  1. The problem is the headgasket I found I do have a slight creamy oil cap! tbh I'm just glad it wasn't the ringlands! Will I need to replace my head bolts if they are arp bolts?
  2. I'm running sard k24 witch I think is off an audi s2 it's starts boosting at 3k and is at full boost at 4k
  3. Cheers lad's I'll check out all the above and see what the crack is.
  4. I'm not to sure tbh wouldn't I have a creamy build up on my oil cap if it was hg related?
  5. Cheers Adam, what would cause oil loss? It's very minimal! There's no sign of leaking and my oil breather is dry!
  6. As titled I've noticed I'm losing a little oil and I'm getting white smoke at high rpm I'm thinking/hoping it's turbo related can someone tell me what the compression should be for 75.4mm low comp pistons?
  7. Lol that must have been a comfortable ride! You need to update your build threat so I can have a nosey :-D and let me know when you get together for a meet and I'll come along be nice to meet the locals :-)
  8. I've had a few little problems along the way nothing to major pvc valve was fecked so bought the rocker cover to do away with it completely and it seems to be running fine now! I saw you over Christmas at the back of pc world loading the car up I was in my mate's motor! I sometimes go out in mine Friday or Saturday when more people are out cruising! You got anymore parts for yours?
  9. Unplug the lambda sensor and see if it still does it! If it stops that's what it is!
  10. Rocker cover is now fitted with a new oil catch tank from td, I've also got a fpr to still fit here's what it looks like!
  11. yeah it would be fine, you can run a td04 on one as well if you ever decided to upgrade later on! You'll need to get it on the rolling road to make sure it's fueling correctly though to be on the safe side!
  12. I've got a ct9 turbo manifold and decat + ecu if you fancy making it a turbo I'd do you a good deal! You'll need the intercooler though. Can't your dad weld on the extra so it will fit?
  13. The only difference I new about was the back box hangers as you've mentioned as I had to modify my blitz one to fit cause it came off the ep82! What's the reason for it not fitting? Anything I can do to help let me know, Hope you get it sorted bud
  14. Un-sprung! I've had mine on since just before Christmas I can only guess the power as I've not had it on the dyno yet but I'd say it's the 200+ 0.8 bar on k24! I've had no issues with it what so ever.
  15. Lol I'm paranoid about noises always think the worst as you do! But if it engages in gear with no problems I would worry too much I've read a lot of people have a noisy bearing and some are lucky and don't! it's luck of the draw from what I can gather :-)
  16. I paid £120 for my clutch and flywheel replacement obviously the gearbox came out! I'd say £100 to change yours!
  17. I creased mine and cleaned the shaft! mine isn't constant though it can be a tad noisey every so often! I haven't been worried about it tbh
  18. I have the same clutch and my release bearing is noisier than the forged engine lol but it comes and goes and mines brand new also! Just to give you peace of mind :-)
  19. Got my race spec rocker cover in the post today looks mint I just need a oil catch can to go with it.
