  1. Plan is to get tinted (legal) windows and paint the interior black/dark so it's not too obvious... And yeah safety is apparently illegal in some places, it's better to get an exploding device in the face than being properly restrained... I like what you did there, what did you use on the doors?
  2. Coilovers are on the list, but not a priority yet. I want to finish my engine, swap it, and make the car look clean so it is not a cop magnet...
  3. How's daily driving without the interior? Can't wait to see what you do about the dash...
  4. LOL I was waiting for that one... No the nudge bar stays, It's all aluminum, weights about 2 kilos, and well, I do visit the Outback... I see enough roos to want some protection...
  5. The seat back is already in two sections, I'd just refinish the cushion part... I can always check with an inspector about that, but someone can legally sit in the back with the other half down... Got the weight bridge at work, part of a brake/suspension tester...
  6. ok then, good luck in your seach
  7. It's a N/A, didn't have P/S, I removed A/C. no pillar trims except "A". Keeping rear seat, might chop it in half and keep only left side, for balance and half harness bar. Got Paseo front seats, Most of the weight is on the right side as you can see, I'm trying to balance it as much as I can, going half rad and moving coolant reservoir, catch cans and maybe battery left and back.
  8. Is it the same as 4E/5E? If so I have spares...
  9. I'm on a journey to reduce and balance the weight in my car. I removed the Aircon, headliner a few cosmetic covers... What I'm wondering is, where to stop? It is and will always be a street car first, so spare and jack will stay, and I'm also keeping it a 5 seater, or might turn it into a 3 seater in the future... One thing I liked on my previous car was the light coloured pillar trims, it feels less oppressing than black trims. For that reason I was thinking of leaving the dash, shifter surround and A pillars there, and everything else is up for debate. I want to remove everything in the
  10. Yes, when you use the main switch to open or close another window, the current flows through that door's switch before reaching the motor. Most cars are like that, exceptions being newer cars all controlled by data, CAN Bus or whatever they want to call it.
  11. Do you have any pictures? I will have to go play in there eventually...
  12. I didn't have a bulb there in mine, installed one, checked that there was wires in the connector for it (followed the circuit), but it does not work either... I don't really mind, I usually fill around the ¼ but it would be nice to have it.

  14. Mine has always been low no matter what, I thought it might have been resistance in the wires, but it started working normally after I took the clocks appart...
  15. pin 9 NE- from the dizzy... Also pin 21 to get RPM readings
  16. So... I was Playing Gran Turismo 5, right? I stumbled across a paint item called "Moonlight Blue" And... Well... Yup.
  17. I bought someting similar once, it didn't even have a filter element in it... I just received my saikou michi dual custom can, I can tell it is much better than ebay stuff. This is the model I chose This is their info page, for a good understanding of what a real OCC is.
  18. What kind of catch can are you running? How's the filter in it? do you empty it from time to time?
  19. Doesn't sound like a proper, functional system to me... the air filtered by the OCC should be sucked back in your inlet. AND you should have one OCC (oil catch can) per hose between the cover and the piping/inlet, as pressures, or vacuum is different between them...
  20. Mine does it since I poured thick conditioner in there to slow a rear main leak. I'm not concerned about it, I'm swapping soon
