You'd still benefit from having an electronic boost controller. It all comes down to how much you want to spend..? Have you put aside £1k or 2/3k for an ecu and a map?

Re-tap for a 4efte oil filter housing, or the easy option is t-piece the oil pressure sensor in the block and take a feed off there. You can do the same for the water lines under the throttle body too, saves having to swap the thermo housing aswell.

Greddy dont do a 'big' and 'small' td05 like you could have on an evo etc. The exhaust housing will state whether its 6/7/8cm. It'll do about 320BHP at 1.6 bar. A nice turbo that spools a million times better than the subaru counterpart a lot of starlet owners run

I think the polishing comment was in reference to after you've lacquered the car. Half the time most stuff looks very average off the gun and its transformed when you flat and polish. 2500 wet and dry and then 3000 wet and dry the whole car and a mop once painted. Its good your doing it a dark colour tho. Much more forgiving.

CAT temp sensor light is usually a sign alternator is going/gone.

An-10 is really the minimum you want to get the best air / oil separation, 2 are fine on our cars.
