  1. Toyota in Japan delivered the goods today! Some hardware for the brake lines..trying to use a lot of the original stuff for the abs/bias valve removal for ease and neatness.. Worked out cheaper to get the bits from Japan than the UK lol! The T-Piece was 6 quid i think, toyota over here wanted about 22! IMG_1042 by Rob Fisher [RobFisherPhotographic.co.uk], on Flickr
  2. Cheers mate! Just need toyota to hurry up with some brake line bits as they were all on back order so can't do loads atm!
  3. Cheers Matt, still need to clean all the plastics on the coil / wiper motor but its getting there. I thought id do all this first as i can't be arsed to take it out again apart from when it gets forged lol. Hoping to have the front brake lines done soon'ish & the PAS pump refurbed as it looks hanging. Need to drill and mount those AN- fittings in the bulkhead too.
  4. Haha yes indeed, no one can work anything out themselves now lol! Ah I'm sure it'll be okay, it'll be turned off when upto speed, anyways theres going to be a bosch 044 in there so its going to be noisy enough anyways! More progress.. 5. I've seen exedy organics go upto 315 so you'll be fine. If its slipping at 180 you have a standard replacement one lol.
  6. 2-way tho, not sure that would be nice in a daily!
  7. Looks awesome mate..what offset are the wheels, and is that a 205/50/15 tyre?
  8. I planned to do it about 4 years ago but never did.. Everyone's caught up lol! Yea I'm thinking it might be quite loud, especially combined with a Bosch 044 inside.. If it does my head in I'll move it ..!
  9. Cheers guys. My solid brake line has turned up so gonna have fun making those up, other parts I've gotta wait on toyota for.. Currently about two weeks atm!
  10. I agree with you Coxxy - people saying its worth 1400 quid as it doesn't have a td04 on is hilarious. A good condition standard car is easily worth what you are asking. Good luck with the sale, hopefully it doesn't go to a bell end.
  11. Looks a nice base. Do love the looks of a 98 spec! Enjoy the suspension! by the way, what exhaust is your car running....?
  12. Jurgen at JM-Imports is one of the best out there mate - massively recommended.
  13. Cool, thanks for the info. Let me know when you have those part numbers too if it isn't too much hassle!
  14. How much was shipping ? Think I'll just man up and buy an Orc too.
  15. More work this evening - mainly spent sorting out the clutch and brake master cylinders! During re-fresh IMG_0949 by Rob Fisher [RobFisherPhotographic.co.uk], on Flickr spending time doing the smaller bits too! Nearly finished this one..no pics yet IMG_0951 by Rob Fisher [RobFisherPhotographic.co.uk], on Flickr
  16. Mine will be wired into a switch so it can be turned off when upto speed...feels a lot nicer! Haha painting it isn't hard, its just the prep and time etc!
  17. Looks good mate - liking the stealthy look with the black fittings/ic pipe/catch can etc.
  18. It's going to go in the passenger footwell I think.. Run the lines down the bottom of the bulkhead and through.
  19. Start of the power steering setup.. IMG_0939 by Rob Fisher [RobFisherPhotographic.co.uk], on Flickr PTFE lined hose and fittings to cope with the PAS fluid and pressure.. Undecided whether to just put grommets on the bulkhead, or to run bulkhead an- fittings.
  20. Awesome, get stung on import or straight through? Tempted for one or a Competition Clutch undecided atm..would prefer the orc however i imagine getting replacement bits for the CC ones will be easier!
  21. looking quality mate - can't wait to see this running! Do you by any chance have the part numbers for the bulkhead bungs? Thanks!
