  3. Nah not gonna be a daily, have a company car that gets used for that. No sold it, was going to have it all custom made, Si has since gone and brought something else rather legend that will destroy any starlet round a track so gave up on that. I'll keep the beam but might do something with the panhard rod in the future. Bay has been primed today.
  4. Gonna crack on with this tomorrow again! In other news ordered all my PAS lines to make up and all my brake pipes too!
  5. Awesome cars..my mate has a 445bhp IX and they don't hang about!

  8. Anyone going? Usually go? Heading out there this year for the first time!
  9. Haha yea sounds about right! Real oil seal should be here soon, then I can get a new clutch on there.
  10. Always watched this progress from day one - One of the best out there - hope it goes to a good owner.
  11. Fuchs Titan oil that they make for clutch type LSD's is what you want. Opie sell it.

  14. Yea did a bit more work on it today however got slightly side tracked as i had to fit some suspension to my mates evo instead. Still cleaning, got the crank pulley off the engine today as it wasn't playing ball the other day! Stripped more of the bay ready to paint, and make the brake lines / pas lines up. hopefully get the engine back in start of next month (not exactly soon but i only have sundays to work on it)

    Engine Stand

I've got m10;s in the lower outer two with nuts on the back and then i need to order some longer ones for the top two so have an axle stand mounted to the engine stand atm as it was sagging abit with just the two in.
  17. ^ Haha noooo. Done abit more.. Engine out, IMG_0777 by Rob Fisher [RobFisherPhotographic.co.uk], on Flickr Yum! 20years of crud...this will not do! IMG_0786 by Rob Fisher [RobFisherPhotographic.co.uk], on Flickr The start of a very long cleaning session, head was complete gunked up before so nice to see some silver under there! IMG_0795 by Rob Fisher [RobFisherPhotographic.co.uk], on Flickr More work on Sunday..hopefully..
  18. hopefully the replacement is all good mate.. if the forged lump was knocking hopefully you can save most of it and get away with a crank grind and new shells.
  19. I run mine open never had any issues..depends if you can afford for it too go wrong tho i suppose. Wouldn't personally mesh it..a) its quite restrictive and b ) theres a very high chance it'll suck it in if you turn it upto 2 bar. Cant you get a tight 90 degree bend on that? Hard to tell from the pic!
  20. Okay thats fair enough and doesn't justify the price then!
  21. Yea it was a mocal one - wrong pic tho i think.. Whats up with it now? is it the wheel moving when you grab on to it and move it? If so, check the bottom of your coil overs are properly tightened where they meet the hub. You'll get the same symptoms if thats abit loose. Caught me out on an ep i brought before.
