  1. Do a compression test / leakdown test if you can..
  2. Use the ep91 n/a loom, with the GT engine loom bits you need added on. retain the 91 fusebox
  3. At a decent speed? could be a warped head / first signs of the HG going.
  4. RobSR

    Irony

That would be a LOL moment
  5. Itll be fine, if it can take bar's of pressure its not going to get hurt. It does make me laugh how some people say it completely stalls, and in some cases can spin backwards. oh trololololol
  6. yea theyll work on an n.a, fitted one to one before actually
  7. Fudges the map sensor signal to increase or lower fuelling, they are not bad for a cheap fuel controller.
  8. I was gonna say i hadnt seen your name pop up in a while! Nice shots mate. Ill give you a Like on your FB page to help out a fellow photographer
  9. Kinugawa is actually not a cheap Chinese ebay brand, they are a subdivision of another company who make some OE turbos for manufactures. Have a google and they get very good feedback. But yea there is cheapo Chinese turbos out there you need to look out for
  10. you dont need all of that, compare the pinouts of the ecu's. all you basically need to do is splice in the GT ignition system in place of the n/a's, knock sensor and change the map sensor. just follow that with the pinout
  11. Fucking hate the bastards. mine was absoultely useless. Owed me about 1.2k for about 2 months when i moved out of a place i was renting. Best way to handle them if there not doing what you want - be on there case all the time so they don't have an excuse is what i found. Best of luck moving tho, its awesome the first time you do it, shop and cook sensibly like others have said and you can make food go a fair way. Pay your water and gas quarterly if you can, not by direct debit, as with direct debit every month they just guess how much you use, and they usually go for more, then its a nig
  12. Honestly, sell the glanza ecu and engine loom. Buy a GT engine loom and ECU. Its 100000000 times easier.
  13. Just chop the bend off lol. Then when youve got time, take the housing off and have it tapped properly with an AN- fitting. Itll work in the meantime.
  14. Glanza loom? Glanza engine loom? Glanza dash loom? what part of it have you got ? You still got the n/a dash loom then? Tbh get a picture and itll be easier for me to work out. As even i cant make sense of what your saying atm. Its better to use a gt engine loom, with a gt ecu as they are very similar to the n.a stuff and not much needs to be changed.
  15. Knocking at the back could be the topmount..
  16. Heres a brief, havent seen what seat you have, but it appears the one going in mine wont pass either ha, and the cage will be quetionable.. Bucket seats with ‘ears’ (as the Germans delightfully refer to them) are not allowed. Those are the seats with wrap-around head restraints. The famous Hans device neck-restraint is also banned from public driving. Roll cages with doorbars that restrict access are banned. Roll cages must be padded. Not with proper FIA crash-absorbing materials. Nobody will check that. Just any old foam will do. Aftermarket snap-off steering wheels are also verboten.
  17. Nice stuff, be careful with the door bars at 'the ring' theyve changed there rules on them now and they are abit vague / stupid. might be worth a read for you
  18. Could do that in the mean time with a little hose clip / cable tie on there. would work fine.
  19. what this one? youve got loads of threads basically asking the same thing, what exactly are you trying to do? Put a GT engine in an EP91 n/a with a glanza engine wiring loom?
  20. or just cut the bend off and have it straight? Bit pike but thatll work also
  21. hmm, one ive had you could, maybe it was already screwed lol
  22. Pretty sure you can just twist em round seeing as they pull out.
