^ Yes thats what they are commonly designed for

0.5 bar wont be lean lol they run pretty rich. All cars vary but around .7 is what they fuel to, im not saying put it to that and itll be fine, as it may not. Get a wideband on it so you know whats going on.
-
"thats what i call blowing a gasket" hahhahah some proper crackers in that.
-
Get the front setup right, then worry about the back. Like said tyres aswell. Worried about lift off oversteer? dont come off throttle mid corner lol.
-
With no other fuelling mods 0.7 bar. Get a wideband on it to be safe tho. You dont want to be buying a new engine aswell id imagine!
-
You'll just need to modify the hangers on the backbox. Not hard to do
-
if this was last week i would of let you have it. stripped a whole loom down for my build!
-
Get a blitz dual sbc, awesome.
-
Ah i see, excuse for a fuel cell and braided lines through the cabin then!
-
Unless your doing so for another reason, check with CC as you might not have to drop the tank. I would if I was having a cage put in / welding but see what they say. It's not always necessary from what I've heard
-
You've got too many threads going on lol. If you have a Glanza loom, you either need the rest of the looms to do the whole car so interior / headlight and dash looms etc and swap the lot. Or get a GT EP82 Ecu and splice the added wires in you need from the Glanza loom. Mainly knock sensor and the whole ignition system.
-
Do you have a GT then? If your trying to get a ep91 engine loom on that car it'll be abit of a pickle but possible
-
Thermo housing and some on the inlet are different in some cases. Just swap some of the sensors from your old engine
-
What distributor / igniter and coil pack are you running and what loom? Gt / Glanza or a spliced n/a one?
-
Check the vacuum pipe from the map sensor to the inlet doesn't have and splits in it or is damaged etc
-
You don't need to chop up the loom for a corolla Ecu to fit. They plug straight in, it just won't run unless you swap the immobiliser chip from your ep Ecu. I did the whole corrola stuff when I had the n/a , I'm 99% sure the rolla injectors are the yellow tops and 225cc. Ecu has a higher rev limit too,

Id be very very surprised if your oil seals had gone on the turbine side, and then the oil somehow made its way back up the shaft, and past the compressor side oil seal. If it was only the turbine side gone, it would come out of the easiest point, i.e be going out the back out the turbo down the exhaust.

EP-Azz's Billet Wheel'd 300bhp forged slag
RobSR replied to EP-Azz's topic in EP91 Glanza Progress Blogs
Itll easily make that. cant you squeeze that mani on with the standard rad? -
That is a classic mistake a lot of people make...
-
If its spitting oil out the dump valve it wont be the turbo seals on the exhaust side lol - if it was, the oil would be going down the exhaust. Itll be compressor side oil seals if its still spiting oil out the blow off valve and if its sitting in the IC piping. If its smoking, it could be both compressor and turbine side. If so, take off your downpipe and check for oil round the back of the turbo.
-
Yea the coca cola myth does work sometimes, I've used it a few times but it does need a good soak for a while
-
Most likely turbo oil seals.. where a bouts is your blow off valve? standard position?
-
I thought a standard fte revved quick enough to be fair. I would run a standard one on big power personally.
-
Regarding your oil leak on the pump you sure you got the right pump on there? Some have the seal in the block, some have the seal in the pump..if you get it wrong, you get a leak like this...Best of luck getting it sorted

SARD, Aeromotive, Fuel lab., Wouldnt go near sytec or obx personally. Oh regarding sards going wrong, thatll be because said person probably had a fake. A few floating around unfortunately.
