I've known a couple of people run like this before..........BUT you must have a wideband to keep an eye on fuelling, without it you are asking for trouble. Must be running some kind of FCD otherwise you'd be getting fuel cut, this amplifies the need for a wideband again as it interferes with the map sensor signal. As said above, wideband is completely self sufficient and doesn't go through the ECU at all

TPS is just an on off switch so doubt it will be that. I'd put my money on an air leak. Have you checked the throttle body is on its stop? Never know it could be a dicky throttle cable

You can wiggle it out without dropping the exhaust, dropping the exhaust does give a bit of space though! I have to drop my ARB down to get to the back bolts on the mount but I have a whiteline ARB so you might get away with the standard one

I have the same issue, mine is only 245hp with a quaiffe ATB diff. Done everything to try and make it handle better. Kind of feels like it's doing a figure of 8 dance, almost like the rear takes a second to catch up with the front end

Yes it will be a pig to start and will run like crap if the coolant temp is faulty. If the ecu doesn't see a temp it will revert to a preset generic temperature setting. So when it's cold it needs to run a lot richer to run smooth until it warms up, yours isn't doing that, hence your issue bud.

Knowing usual Toyosports manufacturing it will just be a dressed up Chinese turbo. Like the manifolds I'm sure it will perform ok but the question mark comes up when you look into longevity

Warped discs will only show up when the brakes are applied. It's common sense. Yes I have had many warped discs, I own a garage and change many discs a week due to warping, all of which are micrometer measured. Explain to me how a warped disc can cause a wobble when freewheeling?? Unless the disc is distorted on the hub mating face (never happens!) then it's theoretically possible LOL

I can deal with a bit of lag, 1.6 by 4.5k sounds pretty good . Hmmm Christmas present to me from me I think lol. Just whether to go top mount or stick with my evolution manifold. Hmmmm

Will be wheel balance, won't be brake discs unless it only shakes when you brake
