ive finally got my manifold fitted and shes back up and running, obviously ran into a few hurdles and stupidly thought it was a good idea to fit it at drongos house which is near enough an hour away. with the turbo now sat in a completly different place the intercooler pipework and the oil return hose was miles too short and then the thread decided to disappear on the lambda sensor . so a couple of weeks later i went back with all the bits needed to get her running. there is a few issues to rectify now so like others have had to have done the botom port on the civic rad needs moving along to

how do everyone, over the past few months ive been talking to jason from motovated design who made the stainless dial faces a while ago, and hes got a few bits hopefully coming to ukso, ive got a stainless heater control cover and a cover for the fuse box cover which shows all the fuse locations, i recon they look bloody stunning but id like to hear what you all think and if there would be much interest ? here is some pics of them fitted

My old ct9 was simple to rotate I just loosened the clamp and used some gentle force to rotate it. But I know td04s have a locating pin that needs removing to be able to rotate it

Are you after an alloy civic rad or a standard as I've got a standard civic rad I've just took off

When I got my v the mani split in two and was only held together by the bolts. I had a very similar noise to yours but I noticed it more cold as when it got hot it expanded and closed the cracks

I struggled to find any and ended up using the originals and putting green leds in if that's any help. I can take them out if you want any photos
