  1. Intercooler has been mounted... bumper needs a tiny bit of cutting and the crash bar needs shaving on the rhs but fits really really well Turbo kit mocked up aswell Just need to get bolts to attach the engine to the mount then I can build the bottom end. Just waiting on a valve spring compressor to get the head finished off
  2. Decided to take the engine out today becuase how hard can it be.... About 9 hours, many many many swear words and plenty of cuts later it's finally removed.

  8. Good stuff about the turbo set up buddy is that .8bar on a standard ecu ? Or have you got a fpr or anything ?
  9. Mmmmm fresh.. Will be doing a final check on the valve seats tonight then I can bring it into work and clean it all up then assemble it

  11. I won't be turning it upto .8 bar straight away anyway I'll have it on .4 - .5 to. begin with for the first 500 miles to let it break in. Just a down the line thought
  12. Forgot to mention and it only occurred to me now. I'll be using standard FTE injectors
  13. This may seem a silly question to some but I'm just wondering if it would suit my application. I know it's a 'super airflow converter' and it adjusts fueling relative to the amount of air going into the intake. Just wondering if this is an electronic version of a rrfpr or something different ? Also, on a tf035 would I be able to run that at around 0.6 - 0.7BAR and not the 'safe' 7PSI (just under 5 bar) ? I'm presuming it will not hit fuel cut as that is at 0.8 bar but will run lean on anything over 0.4 -0.5 bar on a larger turbo on a standard set up. Any help is greatly appreciated
  14. Hammer and a chisel I tried the pliers and that just broke the brittle rubber off so I thought right you're in for it now hahahaha
  15. Didn't think spark plug tube seals would be so hard to remove..
