  1. Hmmm, didn't expect to see it that far at the end, may suggest there have been issues in the past. There does look like there may be a couple of turns left mind, maybe worth trying to see if it helps before more drastic options?
  2. Seem to recall on the celica that where the pushrod ran through the pedal it was threaded so once that was adjusted there was enough movement to fully move the cylinder so the clutch disengaged properly
  3. Have you checked the clutch pedal height? Had these exact same problems when I did a clutch change on my old gt4 which was an engine out job. Spent ages trying to work out what was wrong and was faced with ripping it all out again when I checked the clutch pedal and found it was too low compared with what was specified. Once readjusted (about 20mm) I had all gears again.
  4. Hi mate, sorry for slow response, hadn't realised how many places I had hidden away starlet bits but have managed to find them. Looked back at my history and can't be sure if they are 330cc or 370cc (they have light green tops) but if you're still interested I'll do them for £75 including postage and paypal fees. Like I said I've never used them so it's probably worth getting them cleaned up, let me know what you think.
  5. I think I've got some used 370cc injectors floating around somewhere if you're interested. Bought them from a member on here but never used them as went bigger power so got 430cc instead. PM me if you still need some and I'll see if I can find them.
  6. How did it spool compare to a td04l?
  7. Cheers, perfect, turns out it is a 4e after all:-)
  8. Is there an engine stamp somewhere on the block that confirms engine code? Was looking through the motor history of my gt and over a couple of years there is a note to say a letter was produced stating the engine was a 4afe from 1989 which changed the emissions limits. It's clearly got a turbo but didn't know if this was a conversion that could be done, another engine swap or a previous owner trying it on. Cheers
  9. My stock fpr ran 1.4 bar on a td04 with no issues, stock pump too
  10. Hi mate, I'll take this, drop me a pm with your PayPal details and we can go from there.
  11. Hi mate, I've got a sard adjustable fpr if that's what you're looking for. Bought it off a member but have only used it to prove that my stock one wasn't playing up. Pm me if you're interested.
  12. Hi all, after some advice/people's experiences with turbos. Looking to possibly change my td04l but not sure what to go for. I have a tf035hm sat in my cupboard in unknown condition so may do something with this but have also been tempted by a racetech stage 1 td04 or a Kinugawa billet 19t td04hl with a lightened turbine blade. I'm looking for something with similar spool to the standard td04 but that ideally has scope for pushing a bit more top end power as I move on upgrading the motor. Currently have a forged gt and was running the td04 at 1.4 bar until the clutch started slipping at high r
  13. Let me know if you still need one as I took mine out the other week. No idea if works as air-conditioning was removed when I got the car but I'm sure we can work something out.
  14. I got a ep82 JAM p&p ecu if your interested, pm me
  15. Believe Phil has a set of wildwoods going in the for sale section which should fit under 15's
  16. What's the spool like on that?
  17. Hi mate, ep82 or ep91? I have a JAM ecu for an ep82 that's I'll be looking to sell. Fuelled my td04 well up to 1 bar (obviously if you're gonna do the same I would suggest getting afms checked), pm me if you're interested.
  18. How would you say the turbo spooled based on 1.1 bar? As good as stock, better?
  19. Sounds like it's toast. I mistakenly installed mine without wiring and ran car for a few days whilst I was sorting something else. When I finally wired it mine did much the same thing. Replaced sensor and all was well afterwards. Can't remember specific details but there is a test you can do. Think you leave it open to atmosphere and check reading then cover it with a rag soaked in a solvent (can't remember which one) and it should read rich. Worth having a Google for AEM wide band showing lean, all details should be there.
  20. OK, great, thanks, that makes it a lot clearer and gives me a good starting point. Will watch for iffy fuelling on stock levels.
  21. Ah, ok, is this both new and old lag times? Am i right in thinking that, if all of the fuel tables are set to 0 then fuelling should be per stock ecu? Setup i have seems to include injector control loom so was thinking i needed to sort injector details first.
  22. Great thanks, will have a look through. Ultimate has a simple field to fill for previous cc and lag time and new cc and lag time, one figure for each. I guess I'll start at the highest figure in the table and experiment with what works best.
  23. Does anyone know or have the injector lag time for the yellow td 430cc injectors? Need it to progress with emanage ultimate setup.
  24. Sorry, forget that, just seen you're after an ep91 and mine is an 82.
