  1. No Colin, pfc not fitted yet, still running on JAM ecu. Only thing i have changed if the fuel pump.
  2. No, was running a JAM ecu which was fuelling fine with a td04 @ 0.9 bar
  3. Ive just fitted a TD uprated fuel pump and noticed at idle its running significantly richer. Before change on warm engine wideband was showing around 14.2 but now its 12.5. Anyone had anything similar?
  4. Bought a few bits from his gt that he's breaking. Did me a real good deal, transaction was smooth and parts were delivered quickly and well packaged. Top bloke. May certainly go back for more if the bank balance will allow.
  5. How are you supportung the rear end when you are making adjustments? I made the dumb mistake of putting axel stands under the rear beam so my meisters weren't at full droop when i made my adjustments. Couldn't work out why i couldn't get them setup right until it dawned on me the error i had made. Prob just my stupid mistake but thought I'd ask.
  6. Thanks for all of your comments so far. I've had it a year and a half and other than a broken handbrake cable, seized and knocking coilovers and failed turbo it's not been much trouble so far I got to admit i love driving it, especially round the country roads but it still is a bit of a shed truth be told.
  7. Ok, so I need some help in deciding the way forward with my gt and would appreciate people's thoughts. I got a '92 gt which isnt in the best of conditions. No rust as far as i can see juat tatty and in need of a tidy up. It came with forged pistons and rods and a td04 kit as well as rays wheels and meister coilovers. Since I've had it i have fitted a jam ecu and better wastegate which has been good but i want more. I do have a secondhand standalone to fit along with uprated fuel pump and bigger injectors. My problem is, it needs new coilovers, the carbon bonnet needs renovation, it also cou
  8. Could you provide core dimensions for the intercooler please, thanks
  9. Does the steering wheel include the boss?

Hi mate, i have an emanage ultimate thats going free, complete with map sensor, software and harness, believe its mapped to a gt with td04. Harness needs tidying as it looks like its been put together by a blind man and some of the connections are a bit ropey but of you're interested drop me a pm.
  11. Haven't got a ramhorn but i do have a wepr evolution kit with downpipe and had a similar problem. I just soldered in an extension piece of wire to the lambda and it's been fine ever since.
  12. I've got a zisco ramhorn manifold and downpipe thats going, pm me if you're interested.
  13. Spot on service, bought rocker cover and catch can and finally got around to unpacking and fitting. Everything as described, communication excellent, items were well packed and delivery was nice and quick. Cheers man

Finally dry enough outside to get to my shed and can confirm that i have a clip going spare. If you still want one then drop me your address on pm and I'll get it in the post to you this week.
  15. I've got a zisco ramhorn manifold and downpipe for a td04 if you're interested, no turbo though and you'd need a wastegate but i have a cheap copy i could chuck in to get you going, drop me a pm
  16. Thanks for the reply. I've got all the pipework with the current fmic but the intercooler is so large that the hot pipe has to run a good 400mm to reach the turbo. Ideally looking for an intercooler with a smaller core to reduce this piping run.
  17. Hi there My gt came with a massive front mount with a long hotpipe when i bought it but looking to improve spool up times so wondering if anyone out there has something that's more suitable, thanks.
  18. Hi mate, what size are the take-offs from the rocker cover?
  19. After suffering a number of setbacks I've finnaly got my WEPR manifold and downpipe fitted but the location of the bung means the O2 sensor wire is too short. Does anyone know if it can be extended using standard wire or does it require a special type?
  20. Got mine too, looks mint, hopefully fitting at weekend, cant wait
  21. I got one like this for my turbo when it started smoking like a good un. Easy fit but would recommend getting a decent pair of circlip pliers for the housing. Mine weren't quite big enough and whilst I managed to remove it ok getting it back was a bit of a pig. Like Colin said, just make sure the serial numbers match and you're away. It was just over a year ago I replaced mine and it's still going strong at 1 bar.
