i'd say he was at fault. but good luck getting insurance to do anything. my sister got hit by some cow on a roundabout, pulled out into the side of my sisters corsa. but womans saying she switched lanes into her. insurance just said that it was a gray area, and after months of fucking about with them, they've done nothing.

its sale prices that makes me slightly gutted about the price i paid for mine in april 2010, £4500 with 45k on the clock. although i dont regret it at all haha. must say though, the fact it was standard is what appealed to me, so dont think because its standard it should be priced cheaper than a modded one, i know id personally like to have a car thats as close to standard as possible, that way it can be made my own and also have more of an idea about the cars reliability and how its been treated.

lion fish! we used to have a huge tank, went from tropical, to marine for a very short time,far too much pissing about and the parents got pissed off with it then back to tropical before getting rid. marine was my fav though, our fish shop had all the poisonous and aggressive fish, which i was never allowed wanted a lion fish and porcupine fish. still want piranhas too, so may get my own one day.
