Thanks for the update. I run my GT in Sepang for track days and find the CT9b (from Glanza) runs out of puff on the straights so been toying with the idea of the hybrid to increase the powerband. Not really keen on a different turbo as i run the Sard twin core rad and that keeps the temp steady. It's usually around 85deg celc and track temps anything between 35 to 40 degrees. Ya....it's hot.
When i had some of the mods that you mentioned my car ran rich. Standard boost too. But each car may be different. I'm glad that i gotten management and had the car tuned.
Well done with the build dude. I can see plenty of blood, sweat, tears and money thrown into your effort. Been slowly doing up my GT as well here in KL but nowhere near your levels.
Hi...hope you guys don't mind a noob question, but when they say the 1st gen speedvision hybrids seal fail does this mean there is a inherently design flaw which is beyond fixing or a service with seal changes solve the problem?
Cool. Hope you can put up pics of it installed. I was considering it at 1st but wasn't sure whether it'll fit the 82 with air cond. You defo got a good deal there.
