Are they all universal ecus? And would just need wiring work, or do certain ones work and not others, I read one of the other threads from yesterday that was about aftermerket ecus in an ep82 and the idea I got from it was that some use standard sensors and others don't? Thanks Dan

So is it preference really? Or is it certain mappers can only do specific ecus?

I got the hose for mine from scrapyard, picked a handful of shapes and sizes and one fitted, think Suzuki swift vac tube is what I used. I kept the standard Rolla throttle cable holder and used that

while having a look about for what to do next, found on the Zisco website that there is a harness extension for the EP91 and EP82, says it is needed for a Greddy emanage but also a Unichip piggy back ECU? I've got a link for the unichip website if anyone is interested, can anyone shed some light on them for me? I've never heard of them being used before? tutorial basically says use the live out the back of the radio, plug a spade connector into the little plug next to the diag box, then earth it else where. if the wires fairly generic and simple il have a go, worst comes to the worst il get some help to do it

wanted to have a pod one just as personally like the look of it would a warning one wire up like the tutorial on the forum? just need it to tell me the revs and be accurate tbh

so which would you say is most suitable for an NA that doesnt need to be all fancy, its not going on track or anything, just want one to put in. sorry if im a little slow, im struggling to wrap my head round it

Think the emanage is universal isn't it? Its just the loom that needs to be changed isn't it?

Is it worth getting a jdm ep82 ecu? Dunno if it would make a big difference or not. Thought the glanza ecu had a higher rev limiter on it too?

i think i recall someone saying you can get a ECU from a standard na that had 100 hp from the factory? think it was from an ep82 or something?
