TRS Tow Strap - Owners, how have you fitted yours?
Driver replied to Starbuck's topic in Chassis & Suspension
@naz and Lew :- I hope you both know the 1st time you try and pull the car on that pint its going to crumple out and potentially distort the slam panel ? If your on track and you go into gravel no doubt youve both heard how easy it is to get stuck and dig in and most track hands do not give a flying f*ck about your car so will pull it, rip a hole/rip it off then just wrap it round slam panel and rag it out ! ive been at the recieving end of this tw@s at silverstone (track clio not starlet) If i was using it to potentially tow the car id strengthen that point up or move it to a stronger area ! -
Theres www.clubroadster.net too, which i prefer in all honesty ! mx5 nutz is more about the origonal mx5 with the odd person madifying them with more then shocks and springs, allthough there is a few older people who have charged ones clubroadster is mainly younger people with coilovers and turbos lol

Ask and yee shall recieve Eibach Springs Listed for ep82 but 82 and 91 suspension are the same anyway never bought from that company just what come up on google but proves they exist ! id just phone eibach personally and order them direct
-
Koni do all 4 shocks pal and ive heard from a very reliable source there pretty good, also some decent springs (tein/eibach). Then finish it off with some adjustable topmounts (cusco are cheap second hand) and i recon you would have an awsome fast road car with decent comfort !

Probs easiest way and will get adequite reading anyway ! I just like to do things differantly haha

Acurate reading of the cooled air, on the turbo there is fine obviously otherwise subaru wouldnt put it there. Just looks better and if you put it on the outer edge of the cooler (on the side so to speak) gives a mroe acurate reading (from what ive heard/read)

Leave it as it is pal, dab of weld on it. just tap a hole in the intercooler end tank and thread a fitting in, cost you less then £1 providing you allready have access to drill and thread taps ! something like this ? Clicky
