  3. its not really a bargain at all tbh, too expensive for what it is. its only a 1.0litre 12valve FWD thats done 80000 miles. prob worth 300 - 400, but i wouldnt say much more good car tho dont get me wrong i used to have one lol
  4. update time, was driving to work the other day and i suddenly had a massive loss of power and engine sounded like it was missfiring, when i came to a stop engine cuts out completely, under further inspection it has decided it only wants to run on 2 cylinders, cylinder 3 & 4 have decided to stop working now as far as what could of caused this i am unsure, i have changed the plugs and lead and still no joy. checked the points in the dizzy and they seem fine. however i have a theory, i think my valve seals where on their way out as i was gettin a bit of blue smoke when the engine was cold,

  16. not as much as it costs to have 4 -5 wheels powedercoated, poweder coating costs what about £50 a wheel? think it cost me bout £60 to spray mine
  17. powder coating is better agreed, however its also much moer expensive
  18. if it wasnt my everyday car i would, but i need it for practicality too on another note i have purchased a 5efe paseo engine, £255 notes, only done 40000 miles so a bargain i think, so hopefully should be going ahead with the conversion soon
  19. ah sorry cant help you there, there must be sumwere for it, you not got any spare pipes floating around anywhere?
  20. grease monkeys right, preperation is everything. the slightest mark gets doubled when you put the paint on ( i learnt this from experience wen i did mine ) my only real advice is spent a good few days on sanding them back , making them as smooth as possible. make sure all the old paint i removed or it will show wen painting over the top. and when you laquer them dont be shy with it, concentrate on around the wheel nut holes and inside the spokes.
  21. my cousins got one, they are a useful device, and can be picked up on the cheap off ebay too
