Did you lock the timing gear up? Its a tensioned gear so if not it gets clicky once you refit it. Cant damage nout just an anoying sound.

Just go to a scrap yard and take one off an ep80 which is the uk na version of an ep82. Suprised tbh as you have had this shell for donkeys years now. Was talkin to gaz about it at fest last year lol.

There is a wheel welding specialist near me that did my rays with a special kind of bead weld on the lip so you can still have the lip polished without a dull or scarring on the lip. As it happens i went for a full matt black powder coat on the whole alloy but I've got the option to go polished at a later stage if i still want. The

Have to say i totally agree with adams comments. Yes you will get an idea of whats good for a wet road tyre but a track is a totally different level to a road drive. What works well on a road may lose you a ton of grip and time on a track under all the different stresses and forces that high speed driving on a proper surface will create. It was quite a fair and helpful comment tbh. I personally have a 4wd starlet with snow tyres on for the winter haha unless it sells by the time the weather turns

Each to your own i guess but my personal opinion is it weighs down the car and shakes the glass and panels. If i was going to do an ice'd motor id buy a bmw or a lexus etc and have a tidy tricked out vip style car with a lush speaker system and tv screens, dvd player etc.

I have the rare trd optional bucket seat with ep82 rail and a set of trd harnesses.
