Paul yours is an earlier td04 style, im not sure if it had a "name" as such back then, but is a brilliant design my mate made over 300 on one of those manis and ran it for years and years, had good flow results too.

Well, as some of you know i had been getting diss hartened with the build. happens to alot of us when you spend over a year looking at your car making no progress and knowing what cash you have sunk in and your getting nothing out. i picked up a bit over the last week as i got a few bits done. I have to agree, i think if you go the whole hog its over engineering a solution to a small problem. i think start with cv' james and see if/what becomes the next week leank then deal with that if/when its been discovered.

Yes bro!! Real starlet member now drives sweet as a nut for a 190,000 mile old car and is sooooo clean. Has been owened by loads of people from the same family so isnt abused. Got alot of ideas for this lil beast. Will take some new pics tommorow of it parked next to its bigger 4wd brother.

Is a mint basicaly stock v in white with white wantabe alloys on down the road from me and forgedV, is driven by a middle aged couple. soooooo clean! They seemed realy decent, the lad who had the red ferrari said he heard some peopke complain but he has never been spoken to personaly by a resident, and when asked what he would do if he was he said he would respec thier wishes and do what was needed to apease their unhappiness!! I have to agree that all the residents where racist, as at one point when the posh toff was chatting to the copper, he kept complainig about "them" coming to the uk and how he didnt like that the town was changing with all the "cultures" and how it used to be a proper town etc etc they bring alot of money to the area and it is just a few weeks. Also love tgat bird called panda! Haha when sge took the camera man to the roof to show him the view of the housing estates in the distance and starts yarping on about how the super cars spoil the sense of comunity!! another small update, stripped the rear out properly now so that i can start finishing off the interior, two rear quater panels left and its all stripped sorted through the ton of crap in the car too so its no longer a working shed its now just a project build. carpets have all been binned too. Realy not that much to do now, i WILL be at the shows this year in this car!!!

Im in the same boat, massive spec engine and no paper work but tbh dude any one who doubts the engine shouldnt buy it simple, those of us that kniw of it know its a great engine and imo priced to cheap. if the word of sevral longterm members isnt as good as paper work and the offer of a bore camera inspection then i dont know what is!! Taking a perfectly good engine apart for no reason seems silly to me. Also no biggy on the hoses ;) let me know if they dont sell for some bizzare reason.

Love it!! Also love how the cage has only ever been in black v's since it came to england ;) this car makes me miss my v big time!
