my inlet also uses stacks and mine is the same make as the one wepr sold a little while ago, and sacha had good results from it. i also belive zisco use stacks. tbh alot of flowtesting and money goes into inlet r and d as far as i understand it. its not as simple as building a box with stacks in and welding some runners on. quite a science to air flow/pressure.

I dont mean nes by miles i.mean by technology and design. they are a 20odd year old design. semi synth is the oil that is best suited to our engines. and any oil comes out clead if its emptied often enough lol.

Right heres the thing, blitz and orc use a different bearing to oem, the bearing is easy to get and is about 50quid BUT the base/sadle of the unit is almost impossable to obtain i bought a whole second kit of a mate just for the bearing! And base mount. However there are options to make the oem release bearing work. kieth at zisco said the pack out the fork where the clutch piston sits againt it on the top of the bell housing for the gear box with washers and it works fine, i personaly dont like the idea as although theres a constant preasure on the off chance one slips off over a large bump your back to square one and it wont be nice when or if it happened. alternativly a small bracket of say 2-3mm steel could easily be made to move the slave cylinder (piston) a few mm closer to the fork, this will take up the slack and give you the stock biting point back i strongly sugest this option and estimate it will take about 20-30mins to make one suited for the job. Make sure you keep the piston as alighned as posible to the fork as you dont want to cuase strain to it. but its a simple solution to a pain in the arse issue!! Me and turbo grant looked at this option and grant sys it will work (so it will lol) as he knows his shit about cars being a hell of a good mechanic etc. As for the rattle its the loose pressure ring insidde the kit being released when the clutch is depressed and is 100% normal on both kits unless you buy the silent type which is rated slightly less in clamp force i belive. i love the sound as its savage haha. Any issues or questions pm me and ill help as best i can ;)

Retain the ep85 system bud as you will minimise your headaches that way. The box is plenty strong enough for 300+ ish so will take the stresses of a mini with ease as more than 250hp in a mini is such a nightmare to control lol. please send me a link to your build or pm some details. I've owend a good few minis and love the sound of the project

Is quite likly a short if its blowing a fuse. siezed pump would mean no fuel sumply but not blown fuses from past problems on my mates 200sx which seem to eat oem pumps lol

Who are AFR who mapped Dave Burwashs Starlet?
shorty replied to Glanza Mac's topic in Ignition & Fueling
Great maps but afr's dyno seems to tell a different story to many others lol, i know of lads who have lost 30-40hp when going to other dynos compared to thier afr dyno print outs as i say great mappers but not the most acurate dyno so most will tell you. -
Pmsl not fully lads!! They are older engines rebuilt or not. fully is to thin and ill argue to the death anyone who says otherwise! 10w-40 semi is perfect for our cars, as recomended by the late great mr Burwash! I've done over 10k on my forged engine and abussed it time and time again and its mint as fook inside and is still on the same shiney bearings, shells thrust washers etc. i personaly use mobil 1 and nothing but but thats an each to your own thing.

Make sure ya say the above as cheerfuly as pos as they get false hope that your gonna buy into their crap haha like i say I've done it soooooo many times lol. they last ages some times

Ask away on this site mate, best attitude to have when tuning is to seek advice from others to avoid expensive misshaps. id buy the hybrid with mani and decat. as you mentioned befor that there arntmany mappers around and the ultimate is far better than the blue but more expensive. the hybrid can be set up fairly well with fcd and fpr but you will need an afr guage too for setting up yourself. where you lookin to buy mani, decat and hybrid dude? Also is it a mild steel mani or stainless??

Im a ltd company and my mob number os the registerd company contact number as well as my personal number so i get tons! i get all the ppi / personal injury / we can sue for cats broken leg etc etc through to public liability insurance sales / busines phone contract / van leasing etc etc. I've found the best way to deal with it is this........ 1. Get a pen and paper to keep in you wallet or a note pad app for your phone 2. When the sles person calls and has finished their first "hi my name is" sentence, your resonse is "hi soz bud just hold for to seconds I've got another call, ill just get rid of em quick,......soz hold on" 3. Now activate the hold function and wait!! Baahahahaaaaa 4.record the time they hold for and see how long the longest ya can get some one to hold for epic fun and never gets dull!!!. If your in a realy quiet place you dont even eed to put em on hold or just mute the call if ya have that function then ya get to listen to em gettin fed up on the line. is classic and i do it all the time ;) 5. Record the result, try and beat your highest score next time

It looks good tbh. does want that black strip painting or bining off. Miss your starlet though liger boy.
-
Just sorn it and park it off road bud. only cars on a public highway must be insured wheather sorn or taxed! If sorned off road no insurance is needed.

TF035 - quicker spooling TD04 alternative?
shorty replied to Addymk2's topic in Intake, Turbo & Exhaust
Was from a group n rally imprezza bud lol i bought it with minor damage to the compressor backplate and blades and then had to beg borrow and steal till i got replacement parts as they arnt available. Minivalver blew the catredge on a vf23 and very kindly sold me the parts i wanted to repair mine. I paid 280 for it with the damage and was lucky i could get the spares to fix it. I had a vf22 i sold few years back that i realy wish i hadnt as they are just soooo pricey and hard to get!!
