defently mate! it needs slammed so bad well not stupid low low but lower than it is fo sure!! defently help the wheels work with the car yea man well tbh when it is slammed at reasonable low lows it will 100% help the wheels engine is fine mate... never missed a beat ""touch alot of wood" LOL... yes I have heard about 3 stories of peoples engine failing and oil drinkage... mine had head work on it which I did not no but thats good lol meaning no oil drinking what so ever.... did 800 miles and zero engine oil drank with fresh oil... did 7000 miles and very little oil used so result will have to pop to next meet not mine as stated

"Just finished off a Toyota Glanza today that came in as a non runner with none or little compression across the board. removing the head showed an inlet valve stuck wide open , this was caused by damage to the follower sleeve inflicted by a valve spring compressor, the rest of the missing compression was caused by lack of valve clearances [engine only done minimal mileage since its build] the worrying thing we found was 2 valve shims adjusted to fit with an angle grinder!! to cut a long storey short with lots of tlc and care , the engine is back together and runs like a watch..dyno tomorrow.."" I'm training canny bit (8 months( was originally 9 stone now almost 11 stone so defently noticed the difference! using some proteins (usn hardcore whey)mass freak) which defiantly is awesome stuff to use imo works wonders!! but seem to be toning up instead of bulking But my problem is what to EAT!! I feel I eat loads but do not put weight on :s have a fast metabolism I tend to eat loads but obv not the right foods to put on weight!! What do you think??
