Ive just got back from the local ASDA and had some cock in an Astra VXR trying to race me Stuck on my rear bumper for a good 3/4 mile, I just pootled along at 50mph to piss him off and then we hit a set of traffic lights where the road goes into 2 lanes onto a dual carrigeway, lights were on red He pulls up in the outside lane and his passenger shouts out the window "nice replica" and then he proceeds to rev to let it dump. Mmmmm.....think I'll have to give him a go. Built mine up to 5.5k, lights went to green, side stepped the clutch (its about had it anyway!!). When he eventually caught me up at the next lights he was not a happy bunny!!! 4WD against torque steer city, can only be one outcome

Washed the car the other day so took some decent pics of the new wheels Just noticed that my number plates on the pi$$!! Will get this sorted when the fmic goes on. Also This was waiting for me when I got home, what could it be?? After an age I got one of the boxes open...Trust intercooler core, bigger than I expected it to be!! Thickness of the core And compared to an Evo 8 core!! Opened the other box and these were inside. Pipework will have to be modded to fit as Im clocking my turbo and going for a slightly different route off the throttle body. Seem to be short of hose joiners too but will probably replace all of them as they've seen better days. Place your bets on how long it will be before this is actually on the car

Bit of an update. Had to sell the Apexi power fc to fund replacement superstrut suspension arms, sodding expensive things they are!!! Anyway got some new wheels and a Trust intercooler with pipe work kit should be arriving this week. Just put the wheels on today, after having them balanced and the weights moving to allow some clearance for the calipers. Not the best of pics atm but gives an idea anyhow: Told you they were a tight fit!!! Wheels are Enkei racing RP01 with 225/50 16 Toyo Proxes T1R's

Try Elephant mate, they've always been good for me. £900 for an ep82 when I was 19 with one year ncb so its possible they might be able to insure you at 18. Though that was over 4 year ago so might have changed a bit since then

Ive been on here a long time and think its very good, even though I sold my Starlet nearly 2 years ago im still here so you must be doing something right!! My one little "annoyance" about the site though is the amount of text speak thats on here, when I joined there was none but in the last couple of years Ive had to read the same post 3 or 4 times and still not understand what it meant!! Can something be done about it?? Things like to as 2 or you as u is acceptable but anything else is just a pain in the ass.

Im need of some stuff for a mark2 Fiat Punto but all the scrappies near me don't have the bits I need or are stupid expensive! I need: 1) bonnet (preferablly in a dark blue metallic, can't remeber what its actually called but il find out) 2) front bumper (its just black plastic but if its a color coded one, blue like bonnet then bonus) 3) 2 front headlamp units Ive been offered this lot for a good price but there located in Blackburn and Im not going all the way up there for a few bits! If anyone knows of a scrappy that has these parts or if you have these parts then can you let me know, I can borrow my works van at weekends to pick the stuff up, just want somewhere a bit closer than Blackburn!!! Lincolnshire, Leicestershire, Nottinghamshire would be ideal.

If you want to connect it to the pipe that the standard valve fits to you'll need a 19mm adaptor.
