as above mate, changing the timing isnt going to give you pops and bangs lol... thats all to do with mapping, get a emb and the mapper can make it rich on over run or off throttle mid range so when you come off the pedal you will still have a tiny amount of fuel from the injectors... this goes into your hot exhaust and ignites (thats your pops/bangs/flames tha lot!) you could retard you timing slightly this might take the edge off performance but along with the ecu will run rich and again be putting more fuel needed through the system so you have excess to ignite in the exhaust. not really t

A Vf34 has the scope for 400bhp with good mapping and supporting mods, Vf35 will give you much needed spool in return for a bit less top end. personally then TD range is getting old, there are such innovative new designs that are smaller, spool quick but still give the same outcome. Those billet SC range turbo are direct fit and are pretty savage! you have to remember you don't have displacement on your side so you have to do alot more research into which will provide the quickest spool possible but reach your power figure you want. A roller bearing turbo with a billet comp wheel with a sma

hmm not sure if it was only the glanza then... nevermind lol

you sure there not the poverty spec seats? from the lightweight ep91

you will always get used to the power, once you step it up and get more it will be fun again! but eventually you will get used to that. like i take people out in my 350bhp Subaru and they go shiiiit its quick but tbh i dont think its all that anymore... but thats purely because i am used to it now

those civics just sound like a bunch of really pissed of bee's!.... crazy bastards though!
-
Ooo yeah RB's suit these down to the ground, not to ott either imo. decided that power isnt always everything and i'v always wanted a crazy looking car, so going for the hella route this time round

yeah Deans running xxr 002's i think... there the wheels that are on my list to get awesome wheels and defo in ET0!, need some arch work first lol Also just bought a ducktail spoiler, some mirrors and some stock replacement seats till i find a rice recaro or bride. Pics to follow -
looks awesome! i wouldn't lower it more as the coilovers will be on there bump stops... making the ride harsh and not nice. I wouldn't change a thing perhaps an arch role next? stop any scrubbing

they all do the same thing to an extent... that thermo tec stuff is awesome and kinda looks like carbon wrap but tbh i wouldn't pay that much money especially to do a full exhaust! the cheap stuff works but wont last as long as the slightly more expensive stuff. I would stick with a medium price range heat wrap, they have a tighter weave then the cheap stuff so will last longer

sneaky pic of my red hard top -
I think its worth doing... most people don't as its costly and time consuming and doesn't give great gains, so to some people hunting for power its not worth the expense. personally i think it a great mod, will produce a much smoother more efficient power delivery and aid spool by keeping the gases moving at a consistent rate.... and as mentioned the more heat retention you have in the exhaust the more likely the unburnt fuel is to ignite i.e. Flamez yO! also i think its defo worth doing the whole exhaust, yes most of the heat is produced round the turbo and a turbo blanket might be another

course a fuel pump is involved in fuel consumption lol, its the only thing drawing fuel from the tank... the higher rate pump you have the more it can flow through to your injectors. then your limited to how much the injectors themselves can flow. whats a ecm? basically if yours are on the way out then 330cc wouldn't harm, not necessarily needed but gives you scope if you change your mind and want more power. they will flow more so you don't have to run such a high fuel rail pressure. The ECU will adjust slightly but be prepared to run rich for a bit, while it sorts things out

definitely mate! i am far from pro but can hold this in a slide quite easily, very predictable as far as rwd goes. can absolutely kill in into a corner and it will grip then you will slowly feel the rear wheels Begin to loose grip. you then have a choice lol: Put your foot down and bring the back out or come off the loud pedal and it just brings itself back in. Sparky, 13b is probably wellll in the future... most likely run the engine till it poops itself (which in these will be bloody ages) then think about what to replace it with haha. thats if i have this for more then a year for the -
Did skate and still do when i get the chance.... i'm all about USD thrones though! just love the sole plate size, can get some sick slides on those i'm pretty in to everything really ;) skateboard for 4 years, inlined on and off for like 5 and bmx'd for 4. dont skateboard anymore as i moved to dirt bmx... concussed myself over a massive 8 set last year then decided street was the way forward! been hitting parks and the street on my thrones for as long as i can remember though Massive UKSC skate jam is in order! yO!

more pics soon, needs a wash lol the more i drive it the better this thing feels, such a little go kart and grips a likes mofo! but on the other hand so easy to flick out if wanted, then even easier to hold the slide. still got the scoob till may so going to do this up slowly then brake it out for summer and enjoy the wee beasty! -

haha i quite like the pure n/a power, could always itb it ;) ... not really worth the cost though considering i could pick up a dirt cheap turbo kit. we shale see how it goes lol. just bought a red hard top, was going to spray it gloss black but actually red looks allright lol. will get pics up tomorrow of the hard top. some evo4 recaros might be on the cards as well, always liked them ones. Always wanted a 13b rotary mx5 though so maybe... just maybe -

cheers for the comments guys, the handling is actually insaaaane! well on par with my scoob just without the power haha! got a few bits to tidy up: new seats are needed, going to source a hardtop, new mirrors and maybe a new lip. a quick pikachu has been added up first post -
I wouldn't personally track it with a rrfpr a fcd set up as that wouldn't be 'safe' as above save some pennies and get a emb/emu... stock injectors will reach your target
