  1. FAIL bro!!! And you still didnt tell me anything lol... Cant wait to see this Kermitman!
  2. 500 Mile Oil Change Schedule Started at 45,230 45,310 - Sorted 45,450 - Miles met, changing oil and filter tommorow. 45,730 - Emanage time EP will be going to the bodyshop after easter. Joz
  3. New plate looking purposeful Idman. Congrats on getting your hands on that brake kit, you are gonna love the twins Keep up the nice work as usual. Joz
  4. Thanks for the update Bourke. All the very best with your recovery mate. Glad you will be living to fight another day and are being positive about everything. Peace Joz
  5. Cheers Lew I have to agree mate, feels like you are in the time attack everytime you go for a drive. Some of the accessories have less power too, the heater is not as powerful as before but still works. The revs rise and drop a bit faster for me due to lightened flywheel and underdrive crank pulley so she stalls easy lol. Something Im gonna have to get used to in traffic... Off to get the oil changed later on. Soooo looking forward to the emanage base tune mate. Will get pics up when she is back from the bodyshop ;) Viewing as intended
  6. Any more offensive or snidey comments will not be tolerated people and will be effectively dealt with. Please keep on topic. This is a welcome thread. Its not a good example for the site and does not do you or anyone any favours newbies especially. Have some respect for other members and their wishes. Remember this is your forum, it is what you make of it.
  7. Dear Members It gives me great pleasure to announce that WallaceGlanza (Wallace) has been added to the UKSC Team. With the increased technical traffic from 4EFTE owners lately there has been a need for more assistance in that forum area. With myself being more specialised in the N/A way of things it is only right to also have someone specialised in Turbo also. Hence I have decided to make him a joint leader of EP Technical to help with the EP Technical forum in general. Having been impressed with Wallace's knowledge and willingness to help not just on this forum but other forums I decided it would be a step in the right direction to recruit him into our ranks. Please give him a warm welcome and whilst he gets to grips with things feel free to ask for his assistance. We are really looking forward to working with him and improve the technical aspect of the site as it is one of UKSC's strengths. On a lighter note we will be paying more attention to the appearance and upkeep of the site as soon as exams and assignment deadlines are all over. You may have noticed some changes, these changes will be implemented further rest assured for your browsing enjoyment. Thanks Joz @ UKSC Team
  8. Best to wear a painters mask or something similar to avoid inhaling that shit. Moved to right section.
  9. Cheers chaps I have been bolting things on for way too long so the emanage base tune is going to really sort her out. I have decided to stick with the TRD quickshift but utilise the TC gear cable bushings. She should be going into the bodyshop just before easter. Joz
  10. Thanks for the update on Project Badger Sport Phil I havent the foggiest what this big announcement is so I will wait with anticipation. Will be awesome to have you back on uksc dude. Talk soon Joz
  11. Its still too early to make any judgements guys, have only been at 4k revs!!! I don't have the itbs on yet which would be such a bad idea on a fresh engine. It needs running in first. As for the lsd it has been fine so far but I will watch myself. Will keep you all updated. Joz
  12. You send your old ones in and they will do the regrind work according to the spec you want. Just because the car/engine is not listed, it doesnt mean they cant create cams for you.
  13. Thats the first 50 odd miles covered so she is all ready for the first oil change. Have been keeping her at 4k revs max with varied driving, some half and wot. The paddle clutch is hard to get to used to as the biting point is so small but is very responsive. The biggest difference I've felt so far is the LSD, it makes cornering a cinch with bodyroll, oversteer etc a thing of the past. Still some way to go but I should have her booked into the bodyshop soon to get her makeover. Im going to change the oil at 200 then 500 miles, then it will be time for emanage. The 4efe ecu accepted the 5efhe injectors which was a good sign. Thanks for all the support.
  14. Best Wishes Paul Nice to know you are thinking of us too man.
  15. Thanks for the kind words guys. She is all up and running now and while its still too early to judge, she is pretty nippy. Its the breaking in period now so Im off to do some of that lol. Peace
  16. Sorted bro. Sent him a txt for ya. Peace

    Few Bits

Please order the same set of 98 bumper brackets for me too please Sam. Did you receive that seal I retuned? Cheers Joz
  18. Project Red EP91 5EFHE Rebuild Update Engine is in! Few small bits to sort then it will be start up time! Detailing coming soon. Most importantly she needs to get running first. Still more work to be done...
  19. Congrats to both you and Heather Graeme man! Lots of memorable times ahead ;) All the best! Joz
  20. That is such an awesome ACIS tutorial. Riko tells it like it is Asad, it was purely made to run with the 5E bottom end which produces that extra torque that the 4EFE simply doesnt have. Im sure you will be able to find a different solution to your n/a intake quest. Good luck.
  21. I'd try and do some more research to get a better of what you want to achieve etc. You sound quite unsure of what you are after. Do not forget an engine swap will change your insurance premium too so consider that as well as labour costs more so with the FTE for possible rewiring etc. There is lots of info on our site so please feel free to take a browse or do a search. Good luck.

Ooooh the old jokes return Come to Japan with me and Enzo... ;) They are pretty serious on ID tho
  24. Custom reground to your own spec. Piper Cams Cams alone will not make much difference and they will more than likely need a reshim so more costs. Joz
  25. No matter how small the subject its still falls under the technical category 'braking' Love. We don't want this type of thing in general as it does not apply. Please use a proper title and subtitle next time. Etiquette and rules apply on this forum. Not having a go, just I feel you are misunderstanding what is technical and what is general/ep lifestyle/offtopic. Just because it is posted in technical you can still talk about the subject generally. Thats why the tech section is there, for all discussions relating to the categories provided. Thanks Joz
