thats the place. just think, some of the best starlets ever made have been built in that shithole ^^. same as HRF. that place is a heap of shit to look at too.

the nipple on the lowerpart of the wastegate goes to the intake manifold after the TB. the one on the top either stays open if youre running spring rates or plumbs into your boost controller. heres a pic of mine. its a HKS wastegate, but they all work the same.

the exhausts fit with modification. its not as if it physically wont fit. they are erxactly the same shape and size. and they like up perfectly. its just the rear hangers are different, youll have to get the 82 exhaust backbox modified to suit the ep91 hangers and it will work fine.

youll need somewhere in the midlands so its easy for everyone to get to...

not being funny, but if we all go and park up and have a meal (which happens 9 times out of 10 anyway) then afterwards have a natter in the car park, who are they to tell us to move on? the only time the cars are even started is once were all leaving. its probably a case of one or 2 security guards are being jobsworths and abusing what little power they have. well still organise BW meets, dont worry about that.

i second that Rubix. i run lots of boost. and i dont have a bov anywhere near my car. try using some pressureised air to break some metal, see how long it takes ^^

no point sparking thicker leads if they are being fed on a thinner wire. like having a big bore backbox with a stock centre section. it looks pretty but doesnt really do much.

lol, good excuse enough eh mikey? lots of cars dont run intercoolers. they are not nessesary on most low boost applications.

even if its an import, youll have to ram it pretty hard to make it pop on 95 fuel. pootling along at 80, youll probably have an EGT of around 700 degrees. that isnt going to melt any pistons anytime soon....

thanks mate. you can see where the wastegate spring gives up ata bout 5500 rpm. all the power and torque flatline! if i can get more boost in there. itll keep going up ^^

im sure he could do it mate. put it this way, when i was there he also had the XPower MG Track car in for a tune and also one of the cossies that is running in this summers jersey rally.

ah those buggers. they are not screws they are clips. give them a 1/4 turn and theyll just lift up a bit, then pull them out. easy
