  3. well, when you buy the blitz intercooler kit, it comes with hardpipes but there painted in a hammered silver finish. You CAN however buy a replacement hardpipe kit in polished silver. so answer to your question , you CAN get them but i think its a case of trying to source one. phone Sumo Power up, and they will be able to get you a replacement hardpipe kit.
  4. It has a larger flap and they ported the wastegate by quite a few mm then inserted a shim inside, which they claim will stop it from fracturing again. hence why if you look at my turbo it has a larger flap with the weld on the flap arm. by eye, you wouldnt tell its been ported. allthough i have no plans to run the filter straight off the turbo, as it boosts fine and ill be running my stock box and filter in the future, when i have the internals sorted. i wouldnt attempt porting the wastegate yourself mate, as you want it as smooth as possible and im guessing you was thinking about using
  5. mate, put the original airbox on with a k&n or hks element inside. lower intake temps over our blitz filters. allthough you dont get the howling noise. i was thinking of fitting my standard box back on. thats why i had my wastegate ported when it was being hybrid. like fuck is it comming back off untill it blows again. (i like blowers) turbo dynamics will be the cheapest place , 99% sure of it. i had my wastegate flap strengthened because there prone to cracking, as well as porting the wastegate and shimming it so it never cracks again. phone them and have a chat, you shouldnt suff
  6. as lobo said, feather the throttle on takeoff, keeping an eye on the boost, keeping it within acceptable measures and yo wont get any spin. ive easily pulled away from a 350hp evo, he only caught up at around the 70-80 mark. its all about control matey. dont just stamp down on the go faster pedal, youll get no where fast in a mist of tyre smoke ;) ;)
  7. i may be mistaken but you shouldnt have to go cutting through anything other than maybe the underneath of the front bumper to get the elbows to fit.
  8. how bout pistons and rods you obviously havent had the thing on boost yet ;) id happily race you at pod is that your full spec list mate ?
  9. yeh id say go for some monster 650cc sard injectors
  10. call me sick, but i find that very amusing indeedy ;) even if they do hit there heads lol , !!gonks!! can they not read signs ? or have no commons sense wotsoever, if thats the case, maybe hitting there heads knocks some sense into them
  11. to be honest rich, if it doesnt smoke once warm, i wouldnt worry. my blitz supersound bov vents a bit of oil to the atmosphere (love you greenpeace) ill invest in a catchcan when i can afford it
  12. lol try cropping it so we can see it
  13. itll be drivable before christmas hope fully in the next 2 weeks bro.. but it wont have the ecu fitted and mapped till about new year time.. then i want to cram in a respray for next summer
  14. cheers lobotomy forgot to add that sounds just like vapour releasing like ecksjay said then, if its not smoking once its burnt the condensation off .. nothing to worry about, if it makes too much of a mess rich, just invest in a catchcan to keep that bay shiny
  15. haha nice one matey. i had my thinking cap on for all of 15 minutes today, ill take a photo tomorrow night of my bay so fay. looks a bit empty though, but it'll show my hybrid , actuator, manifold, downpipe and fpr locations.. just need to fit my fuel pump when i recieve it off of dave, and fit my profecB boostcontroller, zip to tdi south and get my emanage fitted and mapped .. then get a readout of what its making

  22. excuse the shite pictures lol. my batterys in my camera are dead lol.. you should have, the fuel regulator a gauge (depending if you purchased one or not obv) 2 fuel pressure lines 6 small jubilee's mounting plate + bolts and the toyota fuel rail adaptor might have missed something outta there, but yeah.any good ?
