Your engine components will only withstand 'x' amount of BHP; meth just decreases the risk of det within your engine by making it richer by adding more fuel (meth) in to the mix. Meth will help get more out of a map/power gains by allowing you to run the car leaner in your fueling but abviously that carries its own potential problems (as with everything). I think I remember someone a little while ago managing to hit 250bhp on a standard engine, but each car is different mate, if its not your daily runner and you accept it could give in, then go for it, otherwise id be reluctant to push for 25

That 19,500 miles may be since last rebuild buddy, would certainly be worth an ask mate.

I love the FD3 rx7's but those dont really have any appeal to me. Personally, thats quite expensive compared to some; If you do buy it, check when its last rebuild was (if any), ask to see if its had a compression test and also do a champagne test, this will show whether the water seals gone. Google the 'champagne test' on youtube and it should come up with some videos, all you need is an empty bottle cut in half.

Took out my seats with shagged mounts, replaced centre console, changed fuel pump, put in new seats, fitted panhard rod, fitted custom rocker, lines and catch can... now to sit back with a chilled one. Spiffing.

Where I live: 2 x silver 325i bmws (58 Plates i think) 1 x Black audi s3 (10 or 60 plate) 2 x Audi A4's (58's) Silver golf R32 Passat R32 Volvo T5 BMW 1series. Neither the BMW's or audi's have any additional or visible ariels, can only tell by the lights behind the grille or on the wing mirrors. Theres loads of silver focus estates about, but they're largly used by CID based out of brighton and for plodding between stations, still got lights behind the grilles though.
