  1. GTRS would be FAR too laggy, they're laggy on SR's rick, hence why they're rated at 400bhp, they do come with some lag. He's along the right lines with a GT2530, although they're an older design so i believe they're a little mismatched (intake/exhaust), so something along that sort of line but with a better efficiency curve should help. I'll have a look and see whats available for good money at the moment
  2. i am post pies. also plenty of pics from JAE etc with them on, you're all welcome to them. I will be starting a thread for them over the weekend, keep your eyes peeled ladies and gents
  3. royal purple is fine, if you're running like, a million horse power, or more, but considering what i know drag racers to use in their engines, i now know not to spend stupid amounts on something that is...um...purple.... Personally, i really do like Millers XSS semi-synth, awesome oil for the money (£22 for 5litres), otherwise if you're after an alternative, Valvoline Durablend is also very good oil, i stick to 10W40 however other blends would be fine, just depends what you want from the oil. Spending £60 on oil is absolutely rediculous. If a £22 drum of oil is good e
  4. do you want lag or is that just a by product of what the engine spec is? I can happily find you something suitable mate, it just depends what you actually want from the engine.
  5. noone was really awesome enough for it, well, they were, but it wasnt the right size for them, i would have given it to joeypies as she was lush the other evening, but its a medium, she would have drowned in it ^; im going to be selling them soon anyway when i put another order in, they'll be around £30 delivered, hopefully less, fully printed fruit of the loom hoodies with all the TC shit ours have, basically lush. gonna try to keep costs down though as they were expensive last time as i only ordered a few, gonna order 20 or so and try and get the prices down (around £25 each,
  6. nah, most of it is shit, rarely do they make anything decent, the odd bits and bobs (i'll buy it if i see it), but most of it is pap unfortunately. its just the name that people buy.
  7. hm good point about the roads, may be worth going for something more responsive, alot of people dont like and arent used to lag, especially as starlets are renowned for their awesome response, remove that and they feel entirely different, only really suited to motorways etc, basically high speed runs, which is scary on its own in a starlet, with panels peeling off etc give it some thought anyway lewis, thats alot of money to spend on what in essence is a uk n/a. we'll defo help out where we can though, just let me know if there's anything you need.
  8. its wasnt exactly intended, it was just soaking wet slippery grass. wubs it. might sell it soon though, want something silly from japland ^;
  9. they've gone bust, technically they dont owe a penny anymore if they re-open under another name ;]
  10. lols, nubs. We just had one and they're organising another, funny that
  11. im sure liam can sort his own stuff out, as you've said, a pm has sorted it. if rick wasnt replying, then he could have messaged me and i would have literally phoned rick to tell him to sort it out. we live on opposite ends of the country, but if there's a problem, then you can bet on your mother's life that we'll sort it out Alot of the stuff we do to help people out doesn't get posted on forums as we deal with it over the phone etc, we don't see the need to brag about how we sort people out or help people if stuff happens, but i'm sure they'll post up if we asked them to, just don't see th
  12. its a car dealership yeah, and its awesome. its not where it came from though no, we just happened to see it at JAE last year. In fact, rick was driving about a day or two in and came back with a photo of it, as it was so awesome. he spotted it in traffic ^;
  13. mate, its all in the tune ;] i dont protest that blitz dsbc's are the best for no reason mate, there's method to my madness. they're lush.
  14. im currently half way through my HNC, after which i'll jump into the BSc and skip 2years of it, pretty much no matter what grades i end up with, which is awesome, as it'll be a 5year BSc in 3years, which is lush. I may completely change career paths though, as i'm bored shitless. May go study law, it'll be another 4-5years and a complete change and full time uni etc, but fuck it, i'd be a pro lawyer. pwning nubs etc.
  15. thats what you get for buying a car from keighley you nip ;] least she's up and running though, its about bloody time.
  16. ye thats just pure boost, mine did the same, although a different engine entirely i'll admit.
  17. only way to find it would be to follow the electrical wiring back through the bulkhead and so the sensor, it's probably in there somewhere, there's only a few rubber bungs so look behind the engine for where it pops through and follow the wires.
  18. you sexy little fucker. couldnt have worked out better. awesome mate, just, awesome. you need hugs. also i gave you a career, you owe me dirty model pies ^;
  19. you're gonna be forging whatever goes in then i imagine? will struggle with 250bhp otherwise.
  20. thats what pm's are for mate, its difficult to check every post when the 'new post' function usually provides all necessary functionality. If its urgent, i.e a refund or discussing business matters, then use the pm system, thats what its there for. the public forum shouldn't be used for discussing matters like that unless there are problems, in the same instance, you could have pm'd rick yourself kierz to find out the situation, as it also sends an email to alert of new messages
  21. haha, 1000rpm from nothing to full whack, thats mint, it must be an interesting drive, bloody aggressive like.
  22. yeah yeah sure. dibs on the ecu, i'll even help you remove the parts ;d
  23. there's a difference between driving them and 'driving' them, as above though, i'll keep an eye out in de hedges ^; you'll blates be sat there in your vest, being welsh.
  24. it did dry up towards the end of the day, had made its impact way before then though, congrats to those who enjoyed it, it was a right chav-fest though.
