    60 to 80 is a fair price. Obviously 80 for the good condition so I'd say by the sounds of yours 60-70 Is fair You are correct about my deal with josh however 1) Josh's skirts were mint and 2) he wasn't thinking of selling them I asked him and he did me a big favour by helping me out so I thought it would be nice to give him a good deal on them

    Spoke to him at jae He said there won't be a great deal done in next few months as he's still doing bits on his house etc but he still seemed keen on completing it so fingers crossed progress is still on the cards
