Stock 2012 gtr nearly does qtr mile in the late 10s. Takes 500bhp+ in a starlet on a diet with slicks to break the 10s. Those gtr's are animals.

Near double the factory hp but pretty standard. To be 400bhp it has to be well spec'd..

Because they're money pits when you spend big and something goes wrong it costs a fortune to fix along with the added stress. Sometimes enough is enough for people. Just because a lot is spent doesn't mean it will work better it can become a real ball ache the more you do.

There is quite a bit of difference between a vf34 and a td04 size wise. td04 spools so much better near 1000rpms difference to full boost. Yeah pretty quick at .8 scraped by a couple of mates e46 m3's which was pretty mad imo didnt think they were that lively at such low boost but to be fair there wasn't much between them couple of car lengths. Different story at 1.7 though.

Its way lazier compared to a td04 they are laggy turbos. What boost is it running?

They aint cheap and if they do go bang you cant get them rebuilt
