im not too sure, dave burwash's guys fitted it for me, as i really didnt have the time. yeah, im undecided on the cam cover, as i did have a proper orangey bronze colour that i was gonna spray it, but the can basically blew up in my hand! so as i had the cover off i decided to spray it with whatever i had to hand!

changed the thermostat today as ive been having temperature fluctuations, so she seems to run a bit better now. ive also been having grip issues with the passenger side front recently. so i had a look today to find the inside of the tire bald, and a 2 inch blister. so the tracking clearly needs doing, which i'll get done at the weekend i think. so ive put the black racings back on until i decide what im gonna do with the enkei's. also i sprayed up my cam cover today: Rich.

f*ck pressing them out si! when i had my studs go i just took the disc off and belted them with a hammer, they came straight out, and used a bar behind the new stud and belted them back in again. piece of piss. ive done about 10 of them now, and i can replace a front stud in about 15-20 mins no problem!

does anyone on here have any experience importing their own car? (i mean doing it all yourself?) i'd just like to know a bit more about how to go about it and what costs are involved, i know a few stages of whats required but i'd like to see a complete list. also, i cant seem to find any of these auction sites, i assume they're limited to traders only? any information would be very helpful. ;)

i think the thermostat has gone on mine, or at least keeps sticking? last night i drove to my local town and the engine must have been running for over a hour and the temp needle was sitting about a third up the guage (under half way) then i started driving back along a 70mph section and the temp needle was indicating cold! as in, it was pointing directly at the C! i got out and checked the bottom hose and it was stone cold... and the top hose was kinda luke warm? the rad appears to be full with fluid. the weird thing is that my heaters were working perfectly?

cheers buddy. (even tho i went against everything i stand for and got someone to fit it for me! ) awesome geo...thanks for that. yeah i noticed it drops back down at anythingover 4k rpm to .55-.5 bar from .65! hks actuator it is then! tbh it hasnt made a massive difference performance wise so far, but as i said above, previously i was running .8bar and now im only running .5bar anything past 4000rpm, but i guess if it doesnt feel any slower at its current boost then it should be much better when im back up to .8bar! well see! cheers buddy. i refused to use any of these stainless stee

road runner manifold update me and fishy drove down to braintree yesterday to get my road runner manifold fitted by dave burwash's guys, and they did a great job. really pleased with it. the manifold just smooths power delivery out instead of being all lumpy, improves top end a bit too. the only thing ive found now is the boost dropped off from .8 bar to .6-.65, ive tried adjusting it with my boost controller but it doesnt seem to be doing alot... anyone experienced this? fishy's gt is still way quicker tho! lol pics: Rich.
