You are right, CT9 just creeps, but it's not a worry unless you're running lean. You will be on stock boost, so there will be no harm done! If for example you were creeping into and above fuel cut, that's where problems may occur. Get yourself a HKS actuator, once you've compared it to the stock one you will realise how the latter is pants at holding boost!

Spray, polish will wear off as the surface oxidises unless you lacquer it

If it is fuel cut, it sometimes feels like the power is literally cutting out, often in 3rd/4th gear. Solution is either to turn the boost down a bit, get a Plug and Play ECU, or HKS FCD (Fuel cut defender) and a Rising Rate Fuel Pressure regulator to make sure you aren't running lean.

Nah don't think a lip would suit these wheels You guys reckon a gunmetal would suit the NA too? I'm a bit hesitant to do a lighter colour in case imperfections show up more easily

They came on the GT in white I gave them a 5min once over in Satin Black I'm thinking Gloss Black? I'll be swapping with the NA wheels when I get bored, so it's gotta suit both cars.. Amjad

You would get boost creep on a CT9, especially if you have a relocated filter. But to counteract this, just set the Actuator to 0.7 so it can creep to fuel cut @0.8 max Or just use the EFi intake pipe which minimises creep
