  1. And on the new boss there's little tabs that need lined up to the white plastic ring on the steering column as that does the self cancelling.
  2. Sounds like a 35% uprated exedy job.... Not standard.
  3. Just the splines on the steering coloumn are tight, wiggle it at the same time as pulling and watch your nose when it finally comes off!
  4. Yeah thats pretty much what my mate said, so he'd rather pay an extra £35 and go on the days where its a bit safer!
  5. I don't think its the right picture as it has no fmic from outside, think he's just put the wrong picture up.
  6. Oh well, do as Ramsey says and try a live feed to the motor then you'll know whether its working or not.
  7. Yeah its just the passenger window it locks, at least 3 members have thought their window was broken because of that button! :harhar:
  8. Press the button next to the window switch's - it locks the passenger window at whatever position its at, bet thats your problem.:harhar:
  9. One thing I've heard about the "speed sunday" events is that they're crap. Apparently the track is coned off atsections and your in effect funnelled into corners plus the people that normally go to these cheaper days take their shitters on track and don't really care if they stack them off the track or into another person - and if that does happen your not likely to have insurance to cover any damage. The more expensive days are meant to be much better, I'm going along with a mate to one of them on the 7th of february so will see what its like.
  10. Sort of makes sense if you actually say its a starlet turbocharger (ct9a/:) you're using too.:harhar: Yes it needs water cooled. 9psi is the standard on hi.
  11. Welcome, first thing to learn... GLANZA not glanzia.:harhar:

  13. Its on the turbine side the extra blade. I agree its mostly down to personal preference, however the Glanza is more expensive to insure, in my case by 1/3, this is becuase the data for the glanza has to be inputted manually as its not on the insurers database. The glanza's overall structure is stronger, theres a much bigger front impact bar and additional chassis bracing, stock for stock the glanza is quicker round a track but marginally slower in acceleration. I agree the seats in the GT are much better too.
  14. Find some pics of a stock ct9 and compare it. The inlet will normally be enlarged with a different compressor wheel, then possibly an enlarged wastegate and different turbine wheel.
  15. Ineresting project, but I can't help wonder why you're going to the bother of fitting that turbo when you're only going for around 200bhp and don't want any lag? A hybrid ct9 would suit you much better and be a lot less hasle.
  16. What is she then? Your sister?!
  17. Just buy some longer bolts and put a few nuts between the hinges and the bonnet, simple.
  18. You'll probably need to take the back seats out as the easiest place to bolt them down is where the original seat belt buckles are fitted.
  19. My 7 inch wheels scrub but only on full lock and thats lowered a fair amount with no arch mods.
  20. That is the sticker I'm on about, the trd one was one the car when I got it. But yes the japs like love sesame street.

  24. About the same as mine.
  25. 96, you can tell by the dials.;) Awesome looking glanza.
