  1. Cheers mate. Lol very random but possibly true or maybe she likes the actress Isla Fisher....... I know I do...... Lol even more radnom, yes radnom.
  2. The first was up Glen Isla looking out over Glen Shee, the one's by the water are up at the back water dam and the highlanders are just around the corner from me. Lol and extra lol at "sheeps"
  3. Sicaln changed his HID's for some decent normal bulbs as he didn't think they were any good. I was probably just going to buy decent bulbs too since they cost less than 20quid and do pretty much as good a job and possibly better in Si's case.
  4. The e-01 is really good, there's so many features though that I've still not used it to its full potential yet. It holds boost nicely but I still have a bit of creep due to the mods I have and not having a ported wastegate on the turbo. When I eventually upgrade the turbo I'll be giving the e-01 a good play with to see what it can do.
  5. I really quite like it with the black splitter, makes it look very mean. You should easily make over 200bhp with the boost up'ed a bit. Do you know what the access was mapped for? I'd assume its probably a K1 so the fuelling should be pretty spot on with your setup.
  6. You're all a bunch of post whores.
  7. I decided to take a detour on my way home form the girlfriends this morning to try and get some nice photos, I think some cam out ok, however my excuses are; I'm obvously no photographer, the camera is nothing special, it was freezing cold so I couldn't be arsed messing about too much and the car isn't exactly clean (and looks crap on its winter wheels)...... I've been wanting to get a picture with these guys for ages.... However they don't look impressed... Comments and criticism's welcome.
  8. Welcome, nice to see a member got hold of Mark's little beast.
  9. Its so long since I removed my aircon that I'm not sure! If you remove the engine splash guard you can get to the oil filter quite easily (with the car jacked up), but the aircon pump is right in the way too so it would probably need removed but I'm not entirely sure...
  10. Well if you still have the aircon in it will be an even bigger pain in the arse, if you don't have that in then you can get to the oil filter easily. When you go to fit the sandwich plate you'll see where you need to grind away the bracket and where it will foul the sandwich plate, depending on the sandwich plate you might be able to grind a bit off it which would be easier. This is a pic of someone else's car, you can see where they've grinded a bit of the sandwich plate, however its a small one to start with: Edit: You can see the standard oil pressure switch here: Its down on the rig
  11. A grinder is really the only other option, you can tee both the pressure and temp sensors into where the stock oil pressure switch connects to make it a bit easier.
  12. Unless yu grind away the power steering bracket then no its won't fit, it may also foul the air filter piping. You can see how I fitted mine here: http://www.ukstarletclub.com/forums/index....mp;#entry209570
  13. You mangaed to buy it without even looking at it....impressive. The one you did buy is much better though. I agree that the snow version and lightweight/poverty/non existant version are two different things.
  14. Well lane? Never heard of it! Surely you can figure out how to take it apart by looking at it, don't know where you'd find a spring though - especially since I've never heard of that make, a generic spring from another make might fit though.
  15. I was looking at that on firebox.com only £324,000. http://www.firebox.com/product/415/Moller-Skycar-M400
  16. Doesn't mean you've ever serviced it yourself, plus you were going on about getting a new glanza so I thought you'd maybe got it.
  17. Well if you are telling the truth you're gonna become a worldwide forum legend for being the biggest nub ever. Poor Glanza.
  18. Are you serious???!!! You "flushed" the oil out with a hose!?!?!?! With the engine running!?!?!?!?!!? Seriously I assume your taking the piss, if not then I'm sorry but you're a fucking idiot you've probably hydrolocked your engine, whoever told you that would be ok to do is an even bigger fucking idiot. This is gonna become like the thread about porting and polishing an engine using a a bag of sand.
  19. Then the harnesses get in the way though and everything in the back just flys about. ;)
  20. Cheers guys, I'm enjoying the car a lot more now. The rear arb has made a great difference the ride is actually better with it as the car feels much more planted, plus I softened up the front coilovers slightly and it seems to have made it handle bumps a bit better. ;) I also managed to sort a lot of little niggles the other day, ie leaking manifold gasket, squeaking radiator and squeaking power steering pulley, so overall I'm much happier with it. Its still feeling slightly down on power though so a trip to a rolling road is really needed (as I keep saying), plus a new speedo converter as
  21. Post count isn't everything. ;) Plus it hasnt got anything to do with popularity, although sometimes the rep system is used that way. I don't think the rep system is needed over here, half the time it is just used so you can wave your willy about and show how good you are, but then again that does also mean that questions are more likely to be answered when a "reward" is given. However I think this site has a small enough community that you know who gives good answers and has the technical knowledge etc
  22. I was wondering why my post count has gone down? I was over 1000 a week or so ago, I'm not bothered but was just curious as to why it had gone down? ;) I'm almost under one post a day now.
