  1. Lol Like I said, he wants the whole seats and rails.
  2. I had a slight head start on you too.... whore ;) True he did make up the rails, but those seats and rails are now for sale! I really need to stop speaking for him....
  3. Yes they'll fit straight in. Also Asad I think he actually wants the whole seats not just the rails, it would be pointless buying them just for the rails as you say, I may be wrong though... (Check me the post whore with 1000 posts!)
  4. Those weds sports are SA-90's. Good guide Gal there's a few wheels that aren't actually JDM though - ATS, Momo, BBS, Revolution's and ofcourse Rotas! SSR is short for Speedstar and for the one's listed as Volks, technically the make is Ray's Engineering and Volk Racing is the brand aswell as Gram Lights (which are the S57c's) and Sebring and Versus is another make of Ray's Engineering. Its a good start though, there's loads more wheelswhich can be added, especially since the majority of the one's above are all retro one's. Nice work.;)
  5. Its quite a bit of effort to convert and can cost almost £1000 to do it so not really much of a saving. This total poverty spec 98 glanza is quite cheap: http://www.pistonheads.co.uk/sales/571637.htm I've never seen a glanza with that interior, steering wheel and seats, looks horrible! ;) Godd clean base for a track toy though, no abs, no airbags, no electric windows, no hi lo boost.
  6. The proper "JDM" parts are a pisstake in price yes, especially just now with the £ being veryweak and the yen going up up up, pain in the ass for buying anything just now.
  7. Its this one- http://www.toytuning.com/onlineshop/aeropa...litterep91typec
  8. It was this one: http://www.pistonheads.co.uk/sales/768339.htm
  9. All I was saying was it tells you if you read the thread.;)
  10. Well it is an automatic.
  11. There's no way you're a better or safer driver when your still on your L plates, as everyone says once you pass you're still learning and learn much more after. You don't have the same awareness of other road users and road conditions when you're learning because your to busy concentrating on the way your driving not the surroundings. I class myself as a pretty good driver now, not because of the way I drive the car or how I can control it but because of the way I'm constantly looking ahead and anticipating whats gonna happen before it does and hence I'm prepared for most situations, you don't really learn that when your still on L plates that comes from "real world" driving. I was an absolute cock when I first passed my test, two of my mates refused to get in a car with me after I took them out, just because I was inexperienced young and thought I could drive because I had a piece of paper saying so. Good luck with your next test but take it easy to start with, theres a reason why insurance is high when you're young, because you are more of a risk no matter how good a driver you "think" you might be. ;)
  12. Can you not read the post just 4 up from your own?! ;)
  13. Along with this one: http://yhst-1408381693991.stores.yahoo.net/rarejdmrims.html and especially this one - http://www.memoryfab.com/wheels/used/15/ There's hours of porn there. ;)
  14. There's a funny little button you use to adjust the brightness and it can also cycle through different colours, just a lighter shade of blue through to green, its just a flat little button that also lights up.
  15. Sure its not the optional torch?
  16. Never mind mate, I've realised its the speedo converter thats broken in two so I need a new one of them!
  17. Hi mate can you see if you can find me a price for this, I need the part of the speedo cable which screws into the gearbox and connects to the end of the speedo cable as mine has snapped, here's my broken one for reference: I assume the bit in the vice is the speedo converter? Its just the bit from the black nut up that I need. This is the other end in the gearbox which it should be attached to: If you could just find me a price for now as I might see about getting a second hand one, its for a 96/97 Glanza. Thanks mate.
  18. You can adjust the brightness.
  19. Its fast, but its not the fastest evo.... http://uk.youtube.com/watch?v=FTTEdswe_v0
  20. There's not really much to it, its just a few nuts and bolts, here's my silkroad one: The only slightly tricky thing is that you need to extend the damper ie unscrew the one end then bolt it in and tighten it using the little metal rod by twisting it.The engine should then be heldn ice and tightly.
  21. Completely safe, you may get a bit of creep with the deact though, but the intercooler may also give more stable boost. Below fuel cut you don't need any sort of fuelling or management, you may need to turn the actuator down a little or get a decent boost controller or even port the wastegate when you get the decat though.
  22. Well my wheels are the same size not sure on the offset though but would be similar and I had 205/50's which scrubbed on full lock so I'm just fitting 195's this time. My car is fairly low though...
  23. Depends how wide the wheels are?!
  24. They're just normal steering wheel boss's not snap off one's. Sparky you won't need one specifically for a starlet, their pretty universal just depends on the wheel and boss you already have fitted. ;) Edit: Don't know if this would wrk but its going cheap - http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/RAGE-STEERING-QUICK-...id=p3286.c0.m14
  25. Thats even worse than just spraying it black. Just save your pennies and get a real one later!
