  1. Expensive nuts! Ok I'll take the gasket and 4 nuts please. You should have the money via paypal....
  2. Hi mate, can you price up the exhaust to turbo gasket, think the part no. is T17278-11031 and also the price for the manifold nuts - 90179 10096. I definately want the gasket and a few nuts depending on the price - tight arse! Cheers mate.
  3. If your not planning on incresing the power anymore then a standard one will be fine, if you are then an exedy organic or a cap paddle clutch would be a good beat as their not too expensive but will hold a decent bit of power without giving an aggressive bite or judder etc.
  4. I think its a 15amp, but its definately blue so whatever that is. Its a spade type.
  5. Its one of the ones under the steering wheel, a blue one. Easy to check them and find it.
  6. Nice choice, probably what I'd like to move onto aswell. Also that swirl effect for blaning the no. plate doesnt exactly work! Have you changed nationalities too?
  7. Cheers guys, I am rather fond of the new gauges, nice and subtle but sexy.
  8. Mate, you haven't seen the state of them, so many people were complaining that it was dangerous the police actually put a slow sign out. Its not just a little bit of dirt I'm on about, its the sort that you come round a blind corner over 20mph and end up in a ditch sort of mud because there's no grip. I'm hardly gonna moan about a little bit of dirt on the roads, I have lived and driven on back roads since I started driving so I am used to it.
  9. I'll head back to crail once the weathers better, I've been there once but when the car still had an exedy 35% uprated clutch and it just slipped and managed an awesome 16.1 pass! Knockhill will be my track of choice once the cars ready for it, I've driven round there before (at an experience day) and its a good track, challenging but fun.
  10. No its just the mud being dragged onto the roads from the tractors coming in and out the fields all day, then they don't do anything to clean it up so you just have to slide over it. There the occasional tattie that gets disected by my lower arm bar too though...
  11. Not yet I haven't, it still needs a few more chassis bits and the brakes improving then it will be ready for some track action.
  12. Whats really pissing me off is the tatties being harvested just now, the roads are a fecking joke around me. They are actually seriously dangerous with the amount of mud on them and the farmers aren't even bothered to put up signs, plus my car is rediculously filthy.
  13. Here's some more interior shots just cause I'm loving the way it looks now....
  14. I took my cat to a garage and got them to remove both sensors for 10quid, mine were absolutely solid and had to be heated with a blow torch for ages before they budged.
  15. I agree, mine looks stupid! The size before was much better imo.
  16. A huge avatar and small sig looks stupid, I only just got mine working too! I'm not fussed either way though, its not like you need either to tell who someone is.
  17. The alternator starts charging the battery as soon as you start moving, so the battery won't be giving quite the same amount of power when sat still.
  18. Your missing a bracket that bolts under the handbrake cover.
  19. Sounds very overkill when he's only running 145bhp! dootmanut you should open your own thread asking for advice instead of in Pav's thread.
  20. You don't have to use harness's, I only put mine in when I stripped the rear.
  21. Yeah thats a good pic to show the difference retrimming the doorcard actually. Mine are from an evo 7 Joz, but same as yours bar the middle fabric as you said. Yours are actually from an evo 8 fq, as the normal evo 8 one's aren't as tight fitting (their for the american market! ) Addz I didn't get the proper rails for them but you can get them although they are expensive. Mine are just welded to the original starlet mounts too,but if you want it done properly the rails are available, toytuning sells them.
  22. Erm no they won't, if you get recaro rails for the starlet and recaro seats they'll bolt straigh in. Also Recaro's ftw!....
  23. Itwas ages ago I fitted mine but they should be set at no preload I think, I used the bottom bit to adjust the height and just pretty much guessed it and got it at the height I wanted first time. I've got the fronts on 2 and the rears on 1 for the damping, my front tyres also scrub over big bumps and my exhaust has been squashed from hitting the rear axle! So I was probably going to raise mine 10 mm all round plus the tyres scrub worse with my Rays on. Here's how mine sits:
  24. Looking good mate, nice progress. The carwas looking very evil with the splitter still attached, shame it got damaged. How have you got the cusco's set? Mine are pretty stiff but their fine to live with, the only problem is they get a bit too bouncy and don't have enough travel when going quick down bumpy b roads, I feel the same that I'd like to try some koni shocks but they're bloody expensive. I'm gonna try getting mine set up professionally and maing sure the springs have no preload on them then see how they are.
  25. No, its far from being a straight swap.
