  1. How the hell can you findit hrd to get the strut brace off!? Its only 4 nuts. ;)
  2. Autosol works if you use it properly, you definatley need to lacquer it after polishing it as mine lasted a few weeks before it looked crap when I polished it, it looks much better sprayed imo. ;)
  3. Yeah good advice, also don't let him send it second class! ;)
  4. Cause he was gonna sell it to me for 30quid till you butted in! ;) Start with a low offer next time!
  5. You must've wanted that bad mate, 75quid!
  6. I'm still waiting too, beginning to think its gone missing.
  7. I was pretty sure they were all coated, mine's gone all scabby now as the coating has just flaked off. As above though your not gonna get any sort of warranty on it now.
  8. "Nice and Spicy" although its now called "Sweet and Spicy" also "Spicy Tomato Salsa" was amazing but you don't get it anymore "Mexican Fajita" is pretty good too if you still get that? How I miss my student days...
  9. There was a post on tgtt.com about a 22B that they have for sale, which had covered around 30000miles more than it was being advertised as having done. This one: http://www.wrc-sales.co.uk/bradford/?mf=6
  10. Alot! Like £400, some places charge half that though.
  11. I would've taken it to a different tester, especially after he sat and revved it at 7.5krpm, thats not good.
  12. Yeah looks very clean mate, the 17's don't look too bad actually, they don't look that big. We need pics of the "TRD Calipers" though.
  13. Nope, straight swap.
  14. The fact you're a girl....
  15. I'm a bargain hunter so I got mine brand new off ebay for £200, with the ignition and injector harness's. To get a good tune from the emanage you need the two harness's above as it gives more adjustability (the harness's only cost 15quid each anyway), also if you planning on running abve 1 bar you also need the greddy 3 bar pressure/map sensor. As I said the tuner is also a very important part so make sure there is someone you can take the car to who will be able to do a good job of mapping it for you, also depending on the tuner you may need to get the support tool and cable for the emanage which is just the program to put on the laptop. I made that power with these mods: Stock CT9A @ 15psi Autofixed FMIC Apexi Filter (Mounted behind the grill) Road Runner Manifold Blitz Decat Custom straight through ss 2.5 inch cat back exhaust HKS Actuator NGK Iridium Spark Plugs NGK Blue Leads Walbro Fuel Pump SARD RRFPR SARD R2D2 GReddy Emanage Blue GReddy Profec E-01 Aircon removed
  16. I take it you like it in the ass? I was only paying £1100 at your age.
  17. Well I'm waiting on something that was posted last tuesday second class and still isn't here.
  18. Yes he's talking out his arse, it may give a little more lag but will be better overall.
  19. Emanage blue will be fine for upto 250bhp, the ultimate has more features and can do a finer tune but the blue is still good, I'm running it and putting out 190bhp on the stock ct9. Its very good for the price as long as the person mapping it is good too, thats whats more important.
  20. I doubt you'd see much difference from one to the other if both were pre-mapped for the same sort of mods as you have. They work best without a fuel regulator as they are normally mapped to work with the stock one. The JAM seem more comon than the blitz but the blitz still aren't that rare, the sard one's are though. The best one you can get will be the one which you know has been mapped to work with the modifications which you also have on your car, but it can be hard to find out what they were originally mapped for.
  21. Cheers sparky, the colour is really nice, its pretty dark and deep out of the light but then in the light it really sparkles.
  22. Lol Yeah I had to cut the stud and nut off the old block and haven't got another nut since, just laziness! I'm gonna take the mani back off again soon anyway to recoat it so I'll find one then.
  23. Cheers mate, I'm pretty chuffed with it myself. Makes a big difference under the bonnet.
  24. With the recent work I've done on the exterior and more so the interior the engine bay has started to look a little sad for itself and is letting the rest of the car down. So its time to start tidying it up, the obvious thing to start with is the rocker cover, since I had cleaned and polished it up before with it then quickly corroding again, I deceided to paint it this time and its not hard to guess what colour I chose.... Firstly I polished the rocker up again (very slow process by hand with steel wool, hence why its not perfect): Then on with the chosen colour: However the blue on its own is a little too much so to break it up I decided to polish up the raised parts (I say I decided but then my girlfriend actually did it for me! ): Finally with it refitted: I'm really pleased with it, a simple mod that makes a huge difference to the look under the bonnet, the engine bay still needs a proper clean and a few little other bits will be added to brighten it up later.
