  1. Thanks for the warm welcome Joz and cheers to the rest of you, I'll do my best to continue helping members and the forum's growth in general. Its nice be part of the team.
  2. Hi Sam, I'm needing a washer seal thing, it goes on the large bolt which goes through the oil filter housing into the block. Just the washer itself is all I need. Hope that vague description is of some use! Cheers Wallace
  3. Looks good mate, but you don't need to start a new thread just update your old one.
  4. I seen him make one post a few months ago but he swiftly deleted it. He's always online but he must be a mute now!
  5. Sounds like the turbo, you could do a compression test to rule out the piston rings or piston damage for peace of mind.
  6. If there is oil in the intercooler pipes it is most likely the turbo, is there any coming out of the breather on the rocker cover?
  7. Fucking hell, thats horrific! That really sends a shiver down my spine. Glad you both came out mostly ok and I wish Bourkey a quick and complete recovery.
  8. Thats just to control the actual idle level, the bit I'm talking about is here; Thats the idle control valve which is also the bit that ticks loudly! If you unplug the electrical connector the idle will drop as I mentioned this can cause an erratic idle if its gets to dirty.
  9. Its the thing on the left side of the inlet mani with the electrical plug in it, if you unplug that plug then the idle will drop a bit.
  10. "choke housing" I guess is the same as the automatic choke, is it the bit at the end of the inlet manifold? Thats the idle control valve which I think does the cold idle, it can be taken off and cleaned which usually is all it needs.
  11. But it keeps popping out when I look at that pic ;)
  12. That could also be due to your thermostat being stuck open.
  13. Joz can get in contact with him for you. ;)
  14. You could try changing the engine temp sensor as it sounds like it doesnt like running hot. Other things to check are the condition of the spark plugs to show signs of overfuelling and also the map sensor as if its not wroking or reading incorrectly it can cause runing problems.
  15. The light comes on just before you hit fuel cut too as a warning, I think it will be that.
  16. Buddy club don't make zero 2's, thats cusco. If you find a motorbike place that repairs shocks then they should be able to do it for you, they just need seals the right size really.
  17. Its just two screws on both sides, both of them quite small, I could get pics tomorrow if still needed.
  18. Ditto And ditto, I'll definately be having one in a few months when I've got a few niggles sorted. This turbo looks to have perfect balance of power and spool for the 4efte, I can't wait to get one. This will probably be on the very limits of a non forged angine.
  19. Welcome to the site and take your time looking over the glanza when you go to get it. One thing confuses me, if you've not seen it how do you know how the exhaust sounds?!
  20. If they're the one's Toby helped develop they should fit fine. As I said I'm after the front lower arm bush's and rear trailing arm one's so will look forward to the group buy.
  21. Any news on getting the other bushes?
  22. Lol ok. Are you still working on the custom front splitter?
  23. Looks good mate glad to hear you got it up running ok now. I also like how you've painted one cruise wing and not the other. PS - Service history?
  24. I should've waited to get my set then! Can you see about getting other bush's for our cars, I know toby was also developing front lower arm bush's and rear trailing arm one's with powerflex which I'd be interested in.
