@ sparky, i thought you were removing the pas? any powersteering fluid should be fine tbh try and get some thats red. as for engine oil, i used el chepo 10-40 synthetic and just gunned mine and never had a problem.oh and with the oil cooler it will need around an extra litre of oil. make sure you have all the lines for the cooler running in the right flow directions before you start.

you are right you only have to do a basic emmission test, what was the reading on the carbon monoxide, it should be under 0.20 i believe high corbon monoxide tends to be too much fuel. the other stuff is really simple

^^^^first off not at all impressed with your attitude to be fair dude, bang out of line, i have been offline for a few days due to having no internet.so i have taken a lengthy trip to my parents to sort this out.just because you have haad issue over the last few weeks with stuff not fitting there is no need to shoot everyone else down. @ turbo chris i have had no bad reports on these kits as yet and no one else has had any fitting issues.your turbo seems to be sitting at a bit more of an angle it may be that the housing has moved slightly. if you have no joy please give me a ring on 07

that pulley you have highlighted is the alternator pulley, if th bearing is gone it will wobble, or is it not that pulley that is wobbling?
-
not too sure if this is correct but doesn't an alternator have a bearing in it?if it does it may be that it is work hence the wobbling, once warmed up it will expand and stop wobbling.again dont quote me on that

quick update on the doors, i have just cut the door bar out and it seems to still be pretty solid, each door bar weighs just shy of 2.5 kilos. although i would not recommend doing this if you have no intention of putting a cage in -
got to agree with the above it is a fair price for an exclusive day and cant really be compared to llandow as its not a very good track in comparison to cadwell

started cutting the doors today as ive scraped the idea of fibreglass as its going to be to much work, my question is can the door bars be removed from inside the door or will the door bend without them -
you will most likely need to reset the ecu, its a common problem with them.
