  1. contact who ever you bought said item off dude and get them to chase it up.i hate the post office with a passion and all the tracking sais is it is on route to your address.
  2. ^^^^first off not at all impressed with your attitude to be fair dude, bang out of line, i have been offline for a few days due to having no internet.so i have taken a lengthy trip to my parents to sort this out.just because you have haad issue over the last few weeks with stuff not fitting there is no need to shoot everyone else down. @ turbo chris i have had no bad reports on these kits as yet and no one else has had any fitting issues.your turbo seems to be sitting at a bit more of an angle it may be that the housing has moved slightly. if you have no joy please give me a ring on 07500081209 and i will sort some thing out for you.
  3. sounds like youve spun a bearing mate
  4. sanchez do you mean without cutting? thought the only way you could get round cutting was to remove the crash bar?
  5. yep you will definatly hace to cut it dude
  6. if you want mild steel then get a zisco kit if you want to go down the stainless route get racetech. you will not regret it.
  7. same here, i have still got 2 pairs of my old skates in my garage, even got some new wheels and bearings still in the packets which i never ended up using lol you never forget how to skate its like riding a bike.
  8. contact your current insurer they may be able to offer you temp cover on another vehicle for a few days for a couple of quid, thats what i did when i got rid of my last v so i could drive the new one home and then sorted the new insurance out on it.
  9. i need that turbo kit in my life i want to run something similar to that on the gt but not sure what turbo to use when are you getting the car? looking forward to more updates dude keep it up
  10. that pulley you have highlighted is the alternator pulley, if th bearing is gone it will wobble, or is it not that pulley that is wobbling?
  11. not too sure if this is correct but doesn't an alternator have a bearing in it?if it does it may be that it is work hence the wobbling, once warmed up it will expand and stop wobbling.again dont quote me on that
  12. quick update on the doors, i have just cut the door bar out and it seems to still be pretty solid, each door bar weighs just shy of 2.5 kilos. although i would not recommend doing this if you have no intention of putting a cage in
  13. got to agree with the above it is a fair price for an exclusive day and cant really be compared to llandow as its not a very good track in comparison to cadwell
  14. will be doing everything myself dude, including the cage and spraying will just take a little longer, even going to have a go at road mapping myself hopefully i will have it ready by built by the end of the year so i can run it in map it and then possibly prep it ready for toyota sprint 2012
  15. ^^^^ cheers iddy i will have a go at it later on and see how i get on.the frame for the window should be enough to hold the door straight but we will see.
  16. ^^^ ha ha i still have more cutting to do on it yet lol might just cut the bar out on one of them and see if it falls apart, can allways pick up another door.
  17. think they were fibreglass dude, may replace it with a carbon tube hhmmmmm
  18. started cutting the doors today as ive scraped the idea of fibreglass as its going to be to much work, my question is can the door bars be removed from inside the door or will the door bend without them
  19. you will most likely need to reset the ecu, its a common problem with them.
  20. ha ha ha fail on those who laughed at him
  21. just do as said above mate if you are getting a garage to do it for you tell them you want a gates timing belt kit and they will be able to get them for you
  22. it is just luck of the draw weather you get hit for customs or not, anything over the £130 mark you are liable for customs charges just be done with it and get a tongs
  23. gates timing belt that is just the belt you will need tensioners etc aswell
  24. i would get a gates timing belt, a little more expensive but they are far better quality imo, and as said above any garage should be able to do it, or you could do it yourself
  25. yep you have to pay vat on the item you are buying from x company in america then pay imort duty and vat im afraid, its fine if you dont get hit for customs but when you do its a pain as they will not release the goods to you until the charges are payed and if not payed within 7 days they will then charge you ridiculous rates for storage aswell. if you buy from the states again do what i said in my earlier post. who is it being shipped with? dhl ,ems
