Landlord Home Insurance issue - Where do i stand?
james@cjperformance replied to ady2k5's topic in Off Topic
They have to refund you in full then dude, if they say that they have never offered such a service then you have to ask the question of what the fuck have you been paying for. escalate it and get a manager to deal with it as some dogs body on the other end of the phone may not have a clue. if you get no joy tell them you will be instructing a solicitor to get a reimbursment of your money through a small claims court and see what they do. before you end up filing for small claims you will need to get a copy of their complaints procedure and foolow that before you can take any more action. you -
bit of rain never hurt anyone we will have to put your car in a tent to keep it dry :)

all you need to do with the rear wheel bearing is tighten them, remove the centre dust cover split pin and sleeve give the 30mm nut 1/4 turn. replace the split pin and sleve, if you need to change them at any point the rear discs should come as one unit with the bearing and abs ring(if fitted) already on it. brake imbalance is usually caused by the pad not wearing as it should against the disk, change the front discs and pads iff needed and the chances are that it will solve your problem oh and sill covers he means your skirts dont see why he put that on as they are factory fitted.

should make for interesting track sessions though :)
