  2. the only way you will get around the customs charges will be to speak to sam and see if he will put the cost lower for the waybill which is like the invoice that is needed for customs if you are in the market for a hybrid i would look at tongs personally much better quality imo and drop enzo a pm about them

  10. right am i right in saying that the oil comes out of the engine into the smaller holes around the outer edge of the filter and returns through the threaded bar that the oilf filter scres on to? im 99.9% sure that is the way it works just need someone to confirm really cheers james
  11. ill be needing one for mine as it will have no keys or door lock to save on weight lol
  12. will need to be sanded back dude any sort of solvent and paint do not mix period, i would take it back have him prep it properly and repaint, if he is not prepared to do this then get your money back and go to someone who will do the job properly. if he trepaints over the original layer of paint that he has applied those spots will re appear in time. ;)
  13. you have up to three years to make a claim from the date that the accident occured, as for your insurance a personal injusry claim will not affect it what so ever.as it is personal. i was allways under the impression that if you had an accident and once proven that you were not at fault then you infact do not have to inform the insurance company.if you read the insurance form it will ask you if you have cklaimed against a policy within the last three years for an accident theft or damage, most insurance forms will then give you a drop down which will say claim (non - fault in your case. now think of this logically once your insurance has finalised everything with the other drivers insurance company you have not made a claim as it is the other drivers insurance cmopany that has paid out and not you.you have not made a claim against your insurance policy. Accident (non - fault) usually is when you have damaged your car and it was not your fault etc, you have not actually claimed on your insurance policy but have claimed on the other persons policy therefore you should not be penalised for it. example of non fault accident would be if you had a named driver on your policy and they then had an accident in your car, you are not driving the vehicle but still need to make a claim to get your car repaired that would be under accident non fault. i am not 100% on this but that is what i am lead to believe in the past, i would contact your insurance provider just to doublr check on that. ;)
  14. ^^^ got to agree with amjad dude, charlie down at pro speed is awesome and very well priced.oh and lifetime guarantee too
  15. iirc if you have twisted the arm on the standard actuator there is a good chance it will knacker the spring hence it only boosting to.3 bar, also if the restrictor is still inplace take it out(it was not in there as standard) ;)

  23. it shouldnt affect it as it is right on the edge, but certainly seems as if you have dropped something in there at some point, i would flush the engine new oil and filter and fit a magnetic sump plug and just keep your eye on it.chanes are whatever was in there has broken down and is now in your sump but obviously you dont want to pick it back up
