Long over due update.... The colt radiator that was put in as a temp measure was removed and a triple core civic rad was installed! needless to say, the cooling if offers seems to be very consistent, even when boosting hard! Also with the help of chris, oil pressure and oil temperature gauges w/ sandwich plate were fitted! We mounted the boost solenoid on the rad, fit perfectly there, might relocate it somewhere else at a later date when tidying the bay up Then the boost controller! Although I still have a leaky wastegate diaphragm it appears to be controlling it goo -

Coxycox's build. It's getting there...

looks good dude, only thing is, I think livesports skirts would finish it off it does look abit high on the sides compared to the front bumper. none the less, love the livesports + duck spoiler + rear oem lip combo! -
ohh my, that is a stunning example! still a nice daily though ;) I don't think I could part with my GT
-
If you ever sell that rear duck spoiler separately let me know
-
have to say, the duck spoiler works 1 million times better with the OEM rear lip too
-
my old glanza S miss her soo much

starlet oil pressure, what should it be ?
redz11 replied to mikey4410's topic in 4E-FTE Engine Discussions
same here mine reads exactly 2bar on warm idle at 900rpm, i've seen some running 1.8 bar on warm, not sure if its early signs of problems? -
A whole day should be enough to all east get the unit out and fit it again, just be careful when removing the controls and various cables/metal connectors that connect to the box the matrix is sat in. It took me around a day and a half to do.

I'm sure that was the body work ep82 in japan with an evo engine mounted in the back, nightspirit had the boot and spoiler on his a few years ago, don't keep up with who bought it off rinseep

Great write up, very informative and a good read!

its a dash out job, (you can always disconnect the pipes that go into the heater matrix from the engine bay and run no heater for now, it`ll be a bit cold though) my advice, take pictures of everything youve taken off and the position they were in, also dont break your heater control cables I changed mine myself, it was quite a task lol shop around for a new heater matrix as theyre quite expensive from toyota, I think I paid around £70 for a new one from a lad on here a fair few years ago
