It's to HGV standards and you have to do it at a HGV test center. There are a couple of exercises and a couple/ un-couple to do at the testing station then it's an hour of fully accessed driving to HGV standard this is different to when you did your car test as your thought of as driving for a living so have to be safe but show to make good progress whenever possible. It's not too bad but most test centers are in the bigger citys and as you are not over 7.5T they can take you where they like in busy traffic.I would recomend going with someone that does this for a living training wise but be ca

Has it had a different front bumper on it as one pic shows one with a lip and one without? Are the spoilers the same colour as the body they almost look like carbon? Also do you know the colour code for the colour it's been painted in? Has the whole car been painted or just the outside? -

Simon replied to Fealscott's topic in Video Gallery
Bet thats running drums on the back or a hydraulic hand brake you'd never get the normal starlet disk brakes to do that. -

Are you willing to send over to England?

Hello and welcome Joris. The best bits of advise i can give are choose a tuning route/level you want to get to then buy the best parts you can to get there. If your aim is to go away from the stock turbo then find a tuner you are happy with and ask them what ecu they would recomend using if they are happy with the ecu they will get the best out of it meaning a better tune and more power. These cars are getting old now so where a new fresh well cared for engine will take the extra that a larger turbo such as a TD04 will produce, to get the best from these setups you really need to be looking a

A Panhard rod does not have anything to do with castor or camber This is similar to a starlet rear axle you have two traling arms coming from the body to the solid back axle. The the shocks going from the axle to the body. The panhard rod goes from the body to the alxe this keeps the axle centered with the body. When you lower the car as the panhard rod is a fixed length it will push the axle to one side. An adjustable one can be adjusted to bring the axle back into the center line with the car.
