  1. Get a spacer mate of even a quick release hub this would have the benifit of bringing the wheel closer, been able to remove it for security and making it easir to get in and out.
  2. Smaller wheel will help plus a spacer to bring it closer too you, the best thing i found was a recaro seal with a low position seal rail and a shifter extension. I'm 6ft5
  3. If you like the the yellow and want to tie everything in go for a set of recaros from an Ignis sport they have yellow in them:
  4. There are aftermarket parts availble off the shelf to build a very strong box but as Matt says it's big money
  5. Hello Halina and welcome, The EP71 turbo is a rare site over here and they used the 2E-TELU which is different to the 4EFTE the EP82 and EP91 that are more common over here. Can you post some pictures of the parts along with any numbers on them maybe they will be the same as ones from a 4EFTE. If not try the Irish toyota sites as they imported a few EP71's and try the Yahoo auctions in Japan. Other than that fit a 4EFTE Would think it will be the Map sensor Ryan
  6. Tamiya mini chassi and one of these:

  11. Clutch will be the next thing really they often tend to struggle holding an engine running 1 bar through a CT9 let alone a TD04
  12. Is there anyone out there that has a rollcage and recaros fitted preferably evo ones or SR3's? I have a set of SR3's and would like to get a cage but i'm quite tall and need the seat to go all the way back can you do this?

  14. Thanks for the comments guys. I spent one night last week stripping the engine bay loom and removing all the ABS and air con wiring, i'm not really going for a full wire tuck but wanted to take all the un-wanted plugs and wires: This is how it was before i took it apart:
  15. After much pestering from some certain members i've decided it's time to start a pogress blog! First a bit of history....... I got my first starlet a UK EP91 sr in 1999 this is where i got into these quirky little cars and soon after owning the sr i got to find out about the Glanza and after a year in early 2000 i brought a stock 1996 black glanza V: Throught this car was how i first met Dave Burwash i'd just started modding the car and Dave had a Blitz de-cat for sale so i went down to collect this was back long before TMD when Dave had a MK1 gt with a lion bite in the back bumper! My Glanz

  19. Thats a good price for a car thats been built to the right specs and has MSA book in date
  20. I'd be sorting the brakes and suspension out first, the stock brakes are pretty poor so depending on condition i would look at sorting them out. Suspenion depends on what you are wanting to do with the car and how you want it to ride. I think your going the right way with an EMU this will allow you have it mapped again when you make more changes.
