Put it on the wideband. I found a fcd on my gt before. It was very well hidden. It was only when breaking the car i found it. I was covered in a tape that looked factory. This may explain you not hitting fuel cut. -
Bumper sold. Ecu is now for sale for 350 pounds + postage. Very cheap ecu for someone!!

You must have a very healthy engine. I have seen some to make in and around 175 but that was the sort of dyno you go on for smiles more than anything else. Personally 4e is a much better option if you want power. There is a few levin owners over here swopped out the 4age for different power plants. I seen a few ep70 hot rods use 4age and i noticed they had to chop the chassis leg a tad to squeeze them in

190-200 bhp would take serious internal work to get it out of a 4age. You will need serious head work, mad cams, standalone ecu and possibly race fuel. Your average 4age only get 145-150 bhp on a dyno on a good day. As for rods i wouldnt really worry on a std rev limit. I had one on a jam ecu and it handle 8.8k rpm no prob. I have seen them been pushed very hard yet to see one brake a rod. Big ends can go.

Depends from car to car. I know altezzas make more power with the cat in. I cant see much of a difference in a 1300.

Really not a fan of kits on dc2s. What ecu has it?

True it would have so much cooler with a 3dr shell. Nice sleeper and you can run the kids to school lol Should be 200bhp + ?

Another set of melted pistons after remap...
Foggy replied to funny onion's topic in Negative Feedback
Where did you get your petrol? With the ecu been so finely tuned. If you got rubbish petrol out of a garage that could have easily done it. Also as said above these engine are pushing 20yrs old in some cases. You are pushing them to the limit. Shit happens. -
As above. Heat range 8 could give a cold start issue. Im running 7s on a td05 with no issues.

Had to have been an injector. I take it my engine is dead?

Foggy replied to Tyron Devine's topic in Starlet Parts For Sale
Sorry for the spam but i have one of these on my ep91. By far one of the best systems you can buy. There a proper system and sound great. Glwts -
Brackets are different you will need to do minor diy to get it fit right. Also you may need new intercooler hoses. Std ones tend to be a bit short for the rx7 setup.
