@joe. im looking at the ocr309 clutch and flywheel or the cap clutch. both full clutch kits. just cant decide weather to go for the cheaper or the one thats popular but more expensive.

anyone fitted an exhaust manifold without moving the turbo or rad at all? is it possible to *remove efi pipe *remove heatsheild * unbolt 4 nuts from mani to turbo *unbolt mani from block will it be possible to just do this or will there be no angle to remove the mani? im hoping to do it without removing rad too. i know im changing my turbo soon anyway but was just gonna whack my mani on some time this week if its an easy enough job. i know the efi pipe and getting at a few of the bolts is a pain, but is it impossible to do with the turbo in place?

JAM RACING ECU REVIEW right the jam ecu has been in a few days now. i turned my boost up to 1bar. on standard mani at the minute (bad i know but its only for a short while until the new mani goes on and i only use for short trips) at first i can say i felt no improvement with the ecu on, i was a little disappointed but i knew it would take time for it to settle in and adjust to my set up. every time ive drove the car it has seemed to feel progressively quicker and much more agressive. feels like it pulls better through out the rev range. just got back from dropping my girlfriend off and on the way home i decided to give my car a little blast. lets just say im a happy boy and i feel that once the mani, hybrid and exhaust is on it will be pretty sweet. so all in all im happy with the ecu, ive gotta get it rr to check that the ecu is fueling enough. my car seems much thirstier, its drinking fuel but never mind! only problem that im finding is that the extra power has made my clutch problem much worse. so gotta get that sorted asap.

erm..........about 30 minutes mate. lol i did a practise one where i took my time and planned things and it didnt look right. so did it rushed and not as clinical and it look much better. lets be honest camo isnt supposed to be neat and tidy!

is it standard actuator?

i knew it would be mixed opinions on the rocker, i think it looks cool. doesnt match any thing and its not a work of art but i like it for that reason! jam racing ecu now fitted too. keiran

rocker about finished and plus my zisco mani has arrived. had it made in mild steal and extra strenghtend as i dont really mind if it looks pretty. gonna heat wrap it, tried earleir and it was a pain in the arse! opinions welcome.

update with no pictures im afraid. but im a little excited so i will update any way........... i will be getting a power run done one evening next week to see what power im currently putting out. will get video if possible. then....... i have on the way/ in making zisco mild steel manifold keirz spec 1 hybrid (@1.1bar) jam racing ecu then i will have another power run to see what gains are made. also i have a rocker cover arrived which i will going to work on to creat what will hopfully be a master piece! pictures soon. keiran

yeah i know rick had some made before, not sure if he has plans on making more. the only thing stopping me getting prices at the minute is that i cant really be arsed to go outside and take my anti lift kit off to get it copied!

i wouldnt have thought they would be to easy get hold of. the bushes are only for the castor, the whiteline kit has the plates and castor bushes. you dont need the bushes to fit the anti lift plates.

right i may be able to get sets of anti lift plates made. noticed there is a lot of demand. it would just be the plates not the bushes and i may be able to get the bolts too. im not 100% i want the hassle of sorting this but would like to know what sort of interest there would be if i got some made. i have no idea of price as i havnt enquired just yet. but cant see it being mega expensive. FAO rick if your making another batch i wont step on your shoes and will leave it to you. let me know your thoughts. keiran

i will find out for you tommorow mate when im at work. i have a feeling it can take the size of the shaft with a lot of boreing out but im unsure weather the ct20 bearing housing sits in the ct9 turbine housing or if you use the ct9 bearing housing wheather it will fit ct12 compressor. i will try and see if they fit tommorow.

im in notts mate so if you fancy meeting one night i can pass on a bit of knowledge and explain a few things.

depends whats wrong with it mate, whats the play like, side to side, up and down. it could be a case of a straight forward rebuild around £150-200ish or if the plays bad it may need a whole new core £300-400 ish depends where you take it and what need to be done too it.
